•Sam's POV•
"Jess?" I asked as I stepped into my room and laid on the bed. My forehead. I felt something drip down on my forehead. It was thicker than water. Blood? No, it couldn't be. That wasn't possible. My eyes made their way to the ceiling and I saw a familiar figure. Jess. I screamed, then seeing her body engulfed in flames.
"Jess!" I woke up, covered in my own sweat, and breathing heavily. I still had nightmares, even if it was ten years later. That moment still haunted me. I stood up, my warm body feeling the cold, hardwood floor. I groggily made my way to Dean's room, expecting to see him there. But, I somehow forgot, he wasn't going to be there. Ever since he became a demon, something with the mark: all hell had gone loose. Granted, I haven't seen him in a couple months but, I could tell something was happening. I haven't told Castiel. Not yet, at least. I think the news would be hard on him. He has some work to do in heaven. Besides, I don't think he'll take the news very well when he finds out that Dean, my brother. the one who he has a "more profound bond" with is now a demon. I had never stopped looking for him and I never will. I was determined to get my brother back. No matter what the costs. I knew there was a risk of him not wanting to see me, but I had to bear with that. I also knew that if I got to him, I could cure him, make him human again. All of this was possible, I just needed the right time.
Cas didn't really visit much now. I miss his company now and again.
I wandered around the empty bunker, looking for some food to satisfy my stomach until I heard a voice. I reached for my gun, then found the voice to be familiar.
"Cas?"
