Alright, enough with the formalities! Because there are technically two of you (Human and Demon), you will have two different bio sections for each.
Human: (Y/n)
Physical appearance: Small, frail body with many scars on his (S/c) skin and is nearly always wearing blood-soaked bandages on his wrists. Because of their neglect of him, (Y/n) only has a dirty black hoodie with a (F/c) cloud on the chest and a pair of dirty boxers. He has mid-length scruffy (H/c) hair which is caked with his own blood. (E/c) eyes that lack any will to live until he snaps and is suddenly filled with an insane glint, that or the glint of the bloody kitchen knife...

Demon/Hellhound Hybrid: (Y/n) "The Insomnia Demon"
Physical appearance: Slim yet muscular body with faint scars and a tattoo on his right shoulder that moves down to his arm depicting a man transforming into a demonic hellhound. Pure white hair with both wolf ears and a tail of matching color, and to add to his new wolf-like features, he has razor-sharp canine teeth replacing his human teeth. His eyes that were once a cold dead (E/c) with white sclera have become blood-red with white iris and a slit pupil filled with a powerful glare. His normal attire his a black zip-up hoodie with a zipper moving in a spiral up his left arm, a red tank top being held together by black stitching, and pair of loose-fitting ripped jeans tucked into black combat boots.

Personality: He is normally a calm and confident individual who isn't afraid to assert his dominance using his... other charms. However, he has flickers where he suddenly becomes focused on satisfying a sudden bloodlust and gains an insane grin.
Other notes: He has developed sadism from his past traumas. He has gained an unnatural power from an unknown source...
As for the love portion of this book, it will not be a harem as most of my other stories are. Instead, you get the greatest hellhound in hell, Loona!

Speaking of story, as neither Hazbin Hotel or Helluva Boss has a definitive story to go off at the moment, everything will be from my personal head-canon.
