It's been a week since the incident at the gala. Since then I had spoken to Zander and Colten and thanked them both. Turns out Zander has a girlfriend now and he talked all about her. I'm really happy for him.

Since then I've finally been able to get back to work. I bet many people have wondered what the hell is going on in my life since my mother passed away...So I did end up taking about a week off from work spending time with Zac and Damon has been really given me peace. As for my living status I officially moved in with Damon we were able to return and move everything from my old apartment to Damon's home. Luckily we moved out right in time, apparently, the whole building is getting tared down and rebuilt since Damon sold it.

I just wanna live a normal life where my brother can grow happy and turn into a great man and although life with Damon is anything but normal I feel like this environment is going to help him become an amazing man.

I just got off of work Damon was in a meeting I didn't get a chance to say goodbye. I'm going to pick up Zac and go to Diane's house. I have last seen her at the gala and we spoke on the phone but she asked for me to come over today I guess it was urgent.

*Text message*

Hey babe when will you be home -Damon

I'm going over to Diane's house for a bit but I'll be home around 7-Athena

I'm making dinner - Damon

The thought of Damon cooking kinda scared me. Really hoping that he won't burn down the place

*At Diane's house *

"Tony!" Zac ran as he jumped to play. They're so cute. They're going to be the best of friends when they get older.

"Hey is everything ok-" I stop mid-sentence as my eyes widen... "Diane!" I rushed to her as I hear her throwing up in the washroom. My face goes pale. "what happened!" I begin to get scared as so many possibilities rush through my mind. "I haven't been feeling myself for the past couple of weeks," she says as she slowly raises her head to look at me. ".... you don't think," she says hesitantly "Diane... when was your last period?!" I ask as her eyes widen. "Go get me one" is all she had to say as I turn to see Tony and Zac crying at the door. "mommy! ... Is she turning into a dinosaur?!?" Tony cry's causing Zac to burst into tears. "Shhh no one turning into a dinosaur. Your mommy just... needs candy so I'm going to go buy some would you like some too?" I say causing them to shine bright as they smile and cheer. I know the worst thing to do is feed kids candy but every now and then won't hurt right.

*At the store*

As I go to purchase the pregnancy test and some candy I suddenly seen someone who looked like Damon for a second. Ehh whatever. Curious it's killed the cat...

*Back to Diane's house*

"What does it say," Diane says pacing back and forth
"One second" I reply as she continued to ask if it's ready. "hand me the box!" I say quickly as she practically throws it at me
"..... it has.... a plus sign... (+)" I say as Diane quickly takes it from me looking at it as she falls to her knees dropping the test .... "what am I going to do." She says as she cries into my arms "shh everything is going to be ok... but you have to tell Colton," I say making her sob and shake. "I'm scared ... what if he ... and if ..." I stop her giving her a big hug "he's not like that, everything will be ok".... she simply smiles

After everyone had calmed down Diane decided that she was going to invite Colten over and break the news to him over dinner. I then decided to take Zac home.

*Ping*

We need to talk- Damon

Now-Damon

What's going on. My heart began to race for some reason.

*Damon's home*

I hold Zac in my arms as I rest him for bed. After Zac falls asleep I walk into Damon's office as he paces back and forth. His head instantly snapped to mine. "Are you?" He simply asks causing me to be confused. "Am I what?"

"Pregnant! are you pregnant!" He says as he walks closer to me what would make him think I was pregnant....oh wait... "you were at the store weren't you?" I say remember I have seen someone look like him "are you trying to hide it from me?" He says sounding slightly angry

 "For starters no I am not pregnant *his face instantly changed* I was buying it for Diane.... she's pregnant" I whispered causing him to be alarmed "oh shit" is all he could say. "....You seemed angry when you thought I was pregnant," I say wondering why his reaction would be like that. It kinda hurts... he then held my hand and kisses it as he brings me closer to him

 "mi amore... I was nervous at the thought... I won't lie but, I was ... hoping that the women I wanna spend my life with was carrying my child" he says as I feel my eyes water. What more could I possibly want..

"Honestly I wanted to do something more special but I can't wait a second longer. I want you to be mine more than ever and this time I want it to be forever. I will never hurt you my princess and soon you will be my queen to my world. I love you with all my heart and I will never let anyone hurt you. I will always love and protect you. Make you happy always.... will you marry me?" He says as he gets on one knee holding a small box. As he opened it a beautiful ring sparkled. At this point, I'm crying and cupping my face 

"Yes," he then picks me up and swings me around. Placing me down, he slides the ring on my finger.

Holy shit that just happened. "I love you, Athena," he says as he kisses my lips

"I love you too Damon"
