Izuku was 9 years old at the time, he learned some basics ninja techniques like using a katana, throwing shurikens, being stealthy and quite build up the agility and the stamina and the strength for a 9 year old to have, its likd he has the strenghth of a teenager at the time.
One day after finishing a school day, he came across his childhood bully "Kachan".

Katsuki and his goons started to beat up Izuku

Izuku didnt cry cause he know it wont do anything against to Katsuki also he knows that because like a ninja hes been training his mental state aswell
As Izuku was getting beat up he's starting to get unconscious

*Izuku looking sad begins to explain

Arceus- Oh how sad child, tell you what i can grant you a power, a power that can make you summon one of our kind now, do you accept my offer?
Izuku- Power?, one of your kind?, my brain might explode due to this, but if thid power can make me a hero, I ACCEPT!
*Izuku accepts Arceus's offer with no hesitation*
Arceus- Good, now i must tell you how to summon it, in our world humans summon our kind using a specific ball called "Pokeball" i will give you a pokeball that appears in your hand when you activate your new power in order to summon it you need to call out its name, the name lf the pokemon im going to give you is "Froakie"
Izuku- Froakie huh? Seems cool
Arceus- Now child wake up and follow your dreams
****Izuku wakes up and still getting beat up by bakugou and his goons****
Katsuki-ABOUT TIME YOU WAKE UP DEKU!
Izuku activates his power and a pokebalm appears on his hand and he called out FROAKIE!!
Then a frog like creature appear before them.
Katsuki- WOAH, SO YOU FINALLY ACTIVATED YOUR QUIRK HUH? DEKU! NO WORRIES YOUR UGLY FROG PET WILL BE DESTROYED AFTER WE BEAT YOU UP
This words started to anger Izuku then something came on his mind "Cut" Izuku then screamed CUT
Froakie then proceeds to run to katsuki and his goons then made a shing long thingy then swipes it hard on bakugou and his goons which knocked them off deku and katuski and his gkkns started to retreat while tearing up
Katsuki- DONT THING YOUR BETTER THAN ME JUST BECAUSE YOUR FRIEND SAVED YOU DEKU YOU PIECE OF SHIT!
Izuku then turns on fanboy mode then
Izuku- THAT WAS SO COOLL YOU WERE LIKEEE A NINJAAAAA!!! WOWWWW OH ehem., My name is Izuku Midoriya and you must be Froakie right
