All my better days are the ones spent with you

"Fancy seeing you here," he whispers in my ear, causing a deep blush to fill my cheeks.

"What are you doing?" I ask him as he takes a seat next to me.

"Sitting down?" he states, confused.

I sigh and roll my eyes. "No, I mean what are you doing sitting next to me? You should have sat next to Kendall."

"Feeling the love."

"That's not what I meant," I mutter. "Your girlfriend over there is looking at me like she's planning my murder." I add, pointing at a fuming and glaring Kendall.

If looks could kill, I'd for sure be dead. You could sense the daggers she was sending me from a mile away. Aaron sitting next to me puts a target on my back because now she thinks that I'm trying to "steal her man."

Kendall's the one girl who gets jealous over someone who's not even her's. I know that's smart, coming from me, but at least I don't throw a fit and threaten to ruin the girl's life.

Long story...

Aaron just shrugs before saying that they're not a thing, and how she's just being clingy.

"I mean, I told her that the relationship was nothing more than causal sex. Honestly, I don't even know why people think I'm a heartbreaker. Every girl I'm with knows what they're getting into beforehand. It's not my fault they thought that they were any different," he vents quietly.

"Charming," I mumble as I turn my attention back to the teacher.

A few minutes go by without either of us talking. Aaron was surprisingly, taking notes, and I was listening to everything the teacher was saying. That's when the clicking starts. I shift my head towards the source of the sound, only to find Aaron clicking his pen over and over at a steady pace. It isn't the loudest sound, but given the fact that he is less then a foot away from me, it isn't the loveliest noise to be hearing every second. In fact, it is annoying and driving me crazy.

Not wanting to say anything or seem like a bitch about it, I purse my lips and try my best to ignore it. Unfortunately, I soon reach my breaking point when I realize he's doing it on purpose. He must have realized how aggravated it is slowly making me.

"Can you cut it out?" I eventually ask, wanting to just grab the pen myself and break it in half. Although, wiping that stupid smirk off his face would be fine, too.

"Why? Is it bothering you?" he responds mischievously.

I nod my head with the idea that he might actually be reasonable and understand my displeasure for the pen clicking, but I was wrong.

"I don't think so, because I rather enjoy it," he says cheekily before clicking the pen again.

"After you, hell should be easy," I comment before grabbing the pen like I had planned. Not wanting to be mean, I just put it in my bag. "Thanks for the new pen!"
