Seth POV...
After my father died from a red headed vampire me and my sister Leah turned into wolves that are bigger than a car so today was mine and Jake's day for patrol so we shifted and went around the path until we heard a yelp so we ran towards the noise and found a weird looking dog in the middle of a field with a bear trap stuck on it while being attacked by the red head so we ran at her but she disappeared so we went back to the weird dog and got its paw out of the bear trap so I picked him up by his scruff I was surprised it was light by the size of it but before I could take it to Emily Jake stopped me and I growled at him loudly he was shocked but also let me do it
Jake:he could attack us
Seth:he's unconscious also half dead and will be dead if we dont take him to Emily right now...
He sighed and nodded before we started running with the dog until we got to Sam's and Emily's everyone came out and Emily started working on our guest we went back to the woods and changed they looked at me to explain
Seth:we were on patrol when we heard a yelp so we ran to it and found him stuck in a bear trap also being attacked by the red headed leach so we ran here
Sam:hes a shifter like us but different so be cautious it's also a maned wolf
After that he heard a yelp again to see it try standing but also in alot of pain so I went up to slowly and petted it it layed back down but on my lap so I petted it while it fell back to sleep I look up to see everyone staring at us and sam smiling which is rare for him...
Sam:looks like you found your guardian
We all looked at him confused he sighed and told us to sit down
Sam:there are legends that are ancestors had help defeating the terrors so legend has it that who ever has the kindest heart can be the only one to have the guardian that will protect them through anything their very rare too
We were all shocked but I look down to see the wolf look at me and wag its tail while nuzzling me so I smile and pet it but I see Paul try to grab me the wolf jumped up and on top of him growling loudly so I called for it to come back and it did but also was watching who would try grabbing me so sam put his hands up so everyone did it to but slower the wolf came back and sat beside me while licking every inch of skin so I pushed it off but it started whining so I let it clean me then lay behind me and pushed me to lay on it so I did so it layed its head on my stomach while wrapping around my waist everyone smiled and laugh till it was time to go back home so I took the wolf with and went to bed with wolf laying on my chest
