It's been a year, and the group of five were already in their second year at Hogwarts. Everything was going smoothly, Ivy was getting better at making up cover stories, when she and Remus has to go to the shirking shack during full moons, James was still trying to get lily to date him and Sirius has gotten better ideas to prank the Slytherins, while Peter tries to be more involved with his friends.
It was 2 in the morning as the group of five were in the common room, talking about quidditch. Ivy and Remus were on couch, the young girl was laying her head on Remus shoulder as he read out loud quidditch thru the ages to her, Peter was on one of the armchair, snoozing off as the two boys were on the floor, papers scattered around them, figuring out when was quidditch tryouts and what positions to play, Marlene the blonde Gryffindor girl around told the two boys she wants to try out for beater.
So, I finally figured out what positions I want to play, chasers." James said proudly as Sirius exclaimed "and I'll be beater or seeker ." Startling Peter who felled off the armchair, "what about you, Ivy?" Peter asked confusedly.
"Well, I was-" Ivy then dozed off, trying to stayed awake but it was hard. She knows that the last couple full moons was tough for Remus and her.
Remus smile fondly at the young brunette as he puts the book down "Come on, can't we stay up a little bit more." Sirius complain just as Ivy fell asleep on Remus lap, snoring softly.
Remus moved a small piece of hair from her face, "she's looks so peaceful." He whispered as Sirius scoffed " hey loverboy, what are we going to do about miss little perfect."
"Well, we can try to wake her up." James said as Sirius groan "let's not."
Remus still holding Ivy in his lap "and why not, we can't leave her here." He tries to reasons with Sirius.
"Look, one time I accidentally woke Ivy from her nap and she punched me right in the nose, so I'm not waking her up." Sirius said while trying to help james to clean up the mess they made.
" But she can't sleep here. What if in the morning someone comes and see her like this." Remus said as he same he saw that Ivy was snoring peacefully with her hand dangling from the side.
"Wait, why don't we wake up Evans and come to get her. " James said
"Because boys can't enter the girls dormitory." Remus replied, how did he become friends with 3 idiots and he look at Ivy, that's why. Ivy's the reason they're all friends and they can't be more grateful for that at the same time, when Remus heard someone scream in pain, he glance up james and sirius who pushed peter out of the armchair.
Remus got up making, Ivy sleeping groans, he pick her with easily "ok, why don't we let Ivy sleep in our dorms, and we'll figure out which of us will sleep on the floor." He explains as the other three boys shrug going to the boys dorm.
