*cries*so right now i'm taking a 5 min break after an exhilarating workout during this quarantine. i've been doing workouts 4 days straight exactly at 4 pm (cuz im too tired to do it in the morning lol) and i see improvement on my stomach. like, it used to be so bloated and flat bUT NOW I SEE A FAINT LINE RUNNING ACROSS MY STOMACH I WAS REALLY EXCITED AAA-
and yesterday i achieved to do squats cuz i had a pretty stiff body and now i'm quite familiar & comfortable with planks ☺️
