Chat Noir knocked on a window after his encounter with Ladybug.
"Chat Noir?" the inhabitant asked as he opened his window.
"Hello," he said with a wave as he crawled inside.
"Is everything okay? There isn't an akuma inside my house, is there?"
"No, everything is fine. I was just considering retirement and wanted to see what your thoughts on the matter were."
"Retirement? You can't be that old. Who would protect Paris with Ladybug if you quit?"
"Well, Ladybug got a replacement, so I was wondering if you would be interested in being mine."
"What? You can't be serious. I'm just a kid!"
"I was just a kid when I started, actually I was your age."
"I mean, I'd love to be a superhero, but why me?"
"Claws in." Chat Noir turned back into Adrien Agreste and smiled. "I've known you since you were five," he laughed. He took off his ring and held it in his hand.
"Adrien??? My brother's best friend?"
He laughed. "Don't tell Nino about this. I won't remember this conversation and I doubt he'd believe you." He pulled out a wedge of cheese. "Plagg loves to eat these, so make sure you have a ton of camembert... Also, tell him he was a great kwami, okay?" he handed Chris the ring and crawled out the window. As he left the room, the memories started fading. Adrien pulled out an engagement ring from his pocket and headed home. No more Ladybug, just Kagami.
