Baka isipin ng mga taong makakakita saken, nababaliw na ako.
Isang babae, nakaupo sa ilalim ng puno sa may simbahan, tulala. I would probably stop to ask if she's okay, except she's no other than me.
Sa totoo lang, this is the perfect place to get married. If I do get married in the future, I'd choose Mt.Carmel, if not for my religion.
I remember so much about this place during my child hood days. Pagpasok ng malaking gate, bubungad sa iyo ang red santan bushes which I'm happy they maintained over the years. I used to play hide and seek here as a kid.
Tagu-taguan.
I can still remember how Scott and I also did that 5 years ago.
*************************************************
Ever since my post about the coffee, Scott and I played hide and seek. Taguan ng feelings.
While he is hiding from his hole, his other friends took advantage of that.
There's Mark and Francis who seems to be fighting over me. You probably heard this story too.
Nung time na umiiwas ako kay Scott, I got really close to Mark; not only because I decided to be in their circle but we also share the same interest. Music.
It was already late when I noticed that he's actually into me. I was a little dense at the time.
Nung una, he's just teasing me with pick-up lines and most of the time tinatawanan ko lang siya. And then people started teasing him with me. Totohanin na daw, blah, blah, blah.
May mga nakaw tingin moments siya sa akin, and he would look away kapag napapansin ko. From being comfortable when I'm around, he became a little shy. Hindi na niya ko inaasar. Naging medyo malambing din siyang makipag-usap.
As days go by, papalapit na rin kami sa pagtatapos ng training nila. John and I decided na magkaron ng graduation as a small celebration.
One of the highlights ng program is an acoustic performance. At dahil sa talent namin, John chose me and Mark to present.
We went to one of the fire exits to practice our song; since tahimik doon and kulob. Great acoustics.
And then he started strumming something on the guitar, one that I recognize.
Sinabayan ko siya to check kung tama ba yung naisip kong kanta. "It's a sunny day, but you're not around...". Tumingin siya sa akin at napangiti. He continued playing the guitar, and I sang. Then I noticed that he is already staring. Nakaka-conscious yung ginagawa niya considering na kaming dalawa lang yung tao at sobrang tahimik pa.
Napangiti siya after we sang. "Yan nalang kantahin naten, bagay sayo." Waiting for my approval, he started staring again.
"Uhhh. Sige. Sure.". Paano ba ako eexit dito? Masyadong awkward na but I have to keep my cool. "Ikaw baka may gusto kang tugtugin na isa pang song?"
"Kung anong gusto mo kantahin, dun ako.", sabi niya. As if on cue, biglang dumating sina Von, Francis at Scott. "Mahirap naman kasi yung ako tutugtog tapos aaralin mo pa yung kanta. Kaya ko naman mag-adjust." Biglang casual.
