He has an abounded/Abuse Victim's Sans. He knows he can save them all, and he knows once he does the Au crumbles, but he's doing it for the well being of the poor person. When Merc sees people hurting Sans he knocks them out and steals the smaller away. He has a codename when it happens: Battos. He still puts off a hard persona when with Xolotl, but his home is filled with soft recovering Sanses. Once their healed up he'll send them to the OmegaTimeline. His home is soft and a lot like a daycare. Merc will watch an au to see what will happen. He lets Angst writers slide, but people who give up or don't want it anymore he takes The Sans and as many People as he can save. Sometimes he'll take Sanses when they are hurt or being tortured. He lets the story play out, but if it keeps repeating, he will Take the Sanses away. Mercury is a lot like a mother hen with his charges. Ink will ask him about why Aus will suddenly Collapse. Mercury will simple say "maybe you should ask Why creators will do that to an Au." He knows certain stories will have to play out, but will take as many as he can.
