" I'll be completely honest with you guys I think your all great. However, like everyone else meidri has become the person I'd like to pursue." I said shocking everyone.

"Damn I guess we can't argue with that" Stunk said.

"Maybe it's because they both have wings?" Kanchal stated.

"Well she is just cute in general" Zel said.

"Well isn't not like I didn't see this as a possibility..." bruise said.

"Yeah, I'm not sorry though she was the first person that caught my eye" I said.

"Y-y/n you know she's our boss right?!" Crim said a bit shocked.

"Of course I do, but that doesn't mean she isn't hot" I said. When I said this everyone kind of chuckled and smiled at me. I then turned around to see meidri standing at the door with her stuff and out of her work uniform.

"Well we have business to attend to see you around y/n" Stunk said.

"Yep, have fun you two" Zel responded as he left with Stunk.

Bruise and Kanchal followed after them and just told me to stay strong. I looked at my boss nervous, just hoping she wouldn't be too mad. I won't deny what I said she is my type, so the boys had a very low chance from the start.

"Well that was certainly a surprise. Last time you said you wanted to get to know one of them" she said.

"Well more of like in a best friends way since I can relate to them in a sense" I said as nervously fiddled with my shirt.

"Ah I forgot you were perverted as well..." she sighed.

"T-there's nothing wrong with that though! I find myself being drawn in by intriguing things and you're one of them" I said as I slowly began to gain confidence.

"You're going to have to try a lot harder than that if you want me to fall for you y/n" she replied. I chucked a bit at her response and a small smile made its way to my face.

"So I do have a chance? Well then I'll actually have to get serious" I said as I got closer to her face slowly bringing it closer to mine.

"W-what wait" Meidri said as her eyes closed shut anticipating a kiss. Instead I leaned close to her ear and teased her a bit.

"You know you're really cute when you're flustered. What did you think I was going to do hm?" I asked even though I knew the answer.

"I dare you try that again next time I won't even let you get close!" Meidri said with her face flushed.

"Oh really?" I said as I moved my hand to hold her hand.

"I guess holding hands is nice, but seriously don't try to fluster me it won't end well for either of us" she said as we began to move away  from the tavern.

"I apologize if I made you uncomfortable. Is there anything I can do to make it up to you?" I asked.

"Tone down the charm and I wouldn't mind staying with you for tonight" she replied.

"Alright! My apartment is this way it's not too far from here, so let's just head there. I imagine you're tired from work as well, so if you want takeout or anything else let me know" I said as I happily took her towards my apartment and grabbed food on the way there.
