I've realized another thing.
From watching GrinningKitten's ErrorDeath lyric comic, I realized that...

After/Geno messed around with the Save Screen and determination, and got stuck in the void. There, he drove himself to become Error. So, technically, AfterDeath is the same as ErrorDeath (I could've sworn there was another name for it, I just can't put my finger on it).
So yeah ruining ships for ya
