Your key personality traits

Alright, so the reason why I'm doing key personality traits for each is because I plan on being realistic with some traits someone would need to have for each villain to like you in some capacity. - Author-Chan

Shigiraki -
Personality traits: Some amount of realism (possible realist or realist-optimist), empathetic accepting, and I think you'd need some amount of self love.

Dabi -
Personality traits: Patience, empathetic, witty (at least to some extent), and again an amount of self love.

Toga -
Personality traits: Honestly, Toga is a pretty accepting person so I don't think there's any hardcore personality traits you'd need.

Kurogiri -
Personality traits: Some amount of maturity, a decent human being (meaning your not some disgusting individual who is an all around sadist or someone who committed sexual crimes), like Toga, Kurogiri is a pretty accepting person.

Twice -
Personality traits: Understanding, empathetic, not a shallow person (I doubt anyone reading this is shallow so you're good), self love.

All for One -
Personality traits: I don't think being an overly optimistic person would get you anywhere with All for One, I think a realist or pessimist would be a necessity for All for One, a logical thinking human being (this doesn't mean smart, it just means a degree of common sense or reasoning)

Overhaul/Chisaki -
Personality traits: Accepting, understanding, having some standing opinions, and self love.

I will tell you the reasoning of why some of these traits would be necessary. Empathetic is kind of obvious, you'd need to emphasise with why they're villains and why they are the way they are.

Shigiraki - I think some degree of a realist would be needed since you'd need to understand his cold p.o.v. and you'd need to be accepting since that's the very foundation of why he's villain, he wasn't accepted or understood so I think he'd need that in a relationship.

Dabi - You'd need some patience to get to know Dabi in the first place, empathy is needed for him since he needs someone to understand and empathise with him, and witty because he is a bit witty himself.

Toga - Again she isn't picky so I don't think she cares too much, as long as you aren't overly judgemental of her, she won't be picky.

Kurogiri - I think maturity is what he needs in a relationship since he deals with immature people all the time.

Twice - You'd need to be understanding considering what a broken person he is and how traumatised he is as an individual. You'd need to be deep to understand him so that's why he wouldn't be compatible with a shallow person.

All for One - He himself is not a savoury individual so you yourself would also need to not be an overly optimistic and good person for him to like you in a way. Logical because in a relationship he needs someone to just talk to I think.

Overhaul/Chisaki - You'd have to be accepting to even want to date him so that's a given, and you'd need to emphasise with him just as a person. You'd need some standing opinions or else he'd treat you like he does everyone else.
