IT WAS SIGNIFICANTLY brighter the day after compared to the day before when it was raining and gloomy.

Now the kids in class could work a little more at ease, especially Midoriya, who scribbled things down as the teacher walked during History.

(L/n) sat a couple desks away from him, her pencil certainly pressing against her notebook, but it looked like she was doodling alongside note-taking. There were little cutesy cartoon characters, yet (L/n) herself was quite blank faced as usual.

Midoriya couldn't take his eyes off her.

Place B. To Our Path to Friendship And a Visual Novel

(Username), an artist that primarily draws series in different AUs that range from fantasy to crime to school life. All of these things contain comedy, great art, and angst that never fail to get a viewer enraptured in the setting. Making these kind of short comics requires as much skill as a writer. (Username) is a storyteller.

-Why... Why would you do this?- A character is on the floor, collapsed and wiping blood off her mouth. -I would've listened, you know that! Please, before I die... At least answer me that!-

-You know damn well why I did, bitch- Another character with murderous gaze stands over her in the next panel. -In truth, the only thing I wanted for you, was to feel betrayal before you died.-

Midoriya was covering his mouth in shock at the treachery as he read the comic for the first time the night before. His chest hurt for these characters, from a show which he'd never seen, but the alternate universe scenario was pretty well explanatory and he ended up somehow feeling bad for both of them. He was sure whatever it was, this uh, Quintessential Quintuplets, was great.

-I trusted you... Dammit, had I known it was you, I never would've killed them, I swear!-

-Save it. If that's the best you can come up, I'd rather cut you up now before I can kill you properly- The sword glints in the next panel. Someone is going to die.

In short, she was good at making reader sympathathetic and interestested at the different themes and realism in her depictions. But as he observed her more...

"Psst, uh, (L/n), d-do you know what the teacher wrote down for A?" a red haired classmate leaned over and whispered to her.

"I don't," she said, giving out an unintentional glare.

"A-Ah, s-sorry!"

There was a note at the end of that comic that claimed she'd never watched QQ but this scenario was requested and she was bored. Very simple motivations.

A lot of the comments in her stories, especially after the endings, praised her for her realistic and heartwrenching portrayal of these different themes. It made her seem like a very open-minded and extroverted person, but in real life (L/n) was intimidating as hell and scary to talk to. While his childhood friend Bakugou was the loud angry type, (L/n) was the silent angry. They gave him different vibes, but still scared him just as much.

"Alright, team up with a partner and share what you wrote down in this section!" the teacher announced.

Midoriya skipped over to (L/n), who was still seated in her chair despite the announcement to get up and find someone to work with, and everyone had already shuffled around the classroom.

"Wanna work together?" he asked with a smile.

(L/n) looked up at him without batting an eye,"Sure."

They brought their desks together, and Midoriya helped her out for a few things she seemed to be missing. "By the way, are you really (Username)?"

"Do you think I'm lying?" (E/c) eyes narrowed.
