The camera gets closer as the dialogue gets more clear, the colours are reddish, orangy (Grand Budapest Hotel vibe + Twin Peaks). There's a woman on the left and a man on the right, sitting on the corner of a table, she's the principal / headmistress, he's an FBI agent, on his right there's a police agent, who will not speak at this time. We don't know that he's FBI yet, he'll wear the jacket later, for now he looks like a detective, maybe normal police. Behind them there's a glass wall, like a big window overlooking the camp, some girls pass in the back, they look, but they leave quickly, they're curious.
"what type of girls come here?"
"what do you mean, agent?"
"do the same girls come here every year? Is there a waiting list or a selection?"
"yes, there is. most of the girls have been coming for four or more years"
"what are the criteria of selection?"
"they have to be good students and of course there's a tuition..."
"of course" he writes something (wealthy) "and... how long do they usually stay?"
"about a month, some arrive at the beginning of july, some later on, but they all leave on the 16th of August, when the camp closes"
"how many students are there?"
"about 30, 35 girls, I can get the register..."
"how old are they?"
"approximately 14 to 18 years old" (high school age)
"and they are all girls?"
"yes, they are"
*there is a handy man/stable boy, who is a young boy + headmistress and her secretary + there are two other female teachers, and a delivery guy, who'se related to the stable boy/handy man (he didn't ask the right questions)
"what do they do here?"
"they read, we have lessons in the morning, then they have free time and extras"
"what are the extras?"
"horse-riding, swimming, dancing, running, painting, fun activities"
"and what are their lessons?"
"they can study a language of choice, there is a poetry class, a reading class, also music, then they have regular classes, like history, literature, geography, and sports."
"how much free time do they have?"
"two afternoons, then sundays, and fridays evenings"
"can they leave at any time?"
"no, they have to get permission from their parents, and they can only leave on the weekend, and not for more than a day"
they shake hands, the man picks up his notebook from the table
we read what he has written "same girls every year, bored, wealthy, religious, young, strict rules"
"oh, one last thing"
"yes?"
"do the girls have a corfue?"
"of course. 9 o'clock on week days, 11 on fridays"
"thank you Miss Whitham"
they leave
