The phone rung as I was slipping out of my dorm room and walking down the hallway, I giggled at who showed up on my caller ID 'Mother', she called me almost every single morning ever since I went off to college. It was sort of endearing, and I knew she only meant well.

"Mother!" I said happily, and giggled.

"Dear, how is your day so far?" she asked in a chipper voice.

I giggled, and shook my head, "Mother....its 7:45 am....its barley started." I whispered opening my buildings doors.

"Oh yeah...right" she whispered, and sighed.

"Mother...I must go! i'm about to be driving..." I whispered putting my backpack into the backseat, and opening the drivers side door.

"Dear, do be safe!"

"Aren't I always?" I giggled, starting the car.

"I suppose...do call me when you get to class?"

I rolled my eyes, and smiled softly "yes, bye mother..." I said and hung up pulling out of the parking lot.

My mother and I had just got in a fight the night before because I didn't call her as soon as I woke up! I loved my mother, but she could be very overwelming. I looked around me at the beautiful sky, and all the green bushes, and just the beautiful scenery all around...I always appriciated nature, and beauty....honestly if there was one thing I wouldnt be able to live without, it would be the ability to see all the beauty this great world possesses. I smiled and closed my eyes for a brief moment before training them back on to the road.

I giggled as a butterfly flew inside my window and landed on my nose..."Fly away beautiful....' I whispered catching it on the end of my finger and holding my hand out the window, allowing it to fly away.

All I had been thinking about was what I might learn today! okay yes....I was a bit of a nerd, but hey...I wouldnt be ashamed! Being smart was so not a bad thing, and it definitely had its advantages. I hummed and tapped my fingers against my wheel staring at the road, and then slowly looking down to my phone, and picking it up.

I smiled and plugged my phone into the AUX, and I began to drive down the highway singing 'Dear Future Husband' "oh! great song!" I yelled as it came on blaring through my speakers "take me on a date, I deserve a date, and don't forget the flowers every anniversary!" I said singing the first few lines. My music cut out with a text from my best friend Emma. I looked down at my phone, and smiled at the text.

'Morning Bitch! have a great day at school! HA!'

I laughed and shook my head, that was just our type of humor and friendship. I looked back up at the road and saw a red light...I bit my lip. I figured I had enough time to send a simple text. I picked up my phone.

'Thanks Whore-'

I looked up and a silent scream left my lips as it was already to late, I just passed a red light, and was in the center of all the on coming traffic.

*HONK*

That's where everything went terribly wrong. I gasped as my car spun completely out of control, along with the car that I hit head on. Something flew at me out of the other cars windshield, and went strait into mine.

*Blackness*

Nothing but complete darkness....and police sirens from ahead.

I was completely passed out...I didn't see or hear anything....a women began to scream as she watched the car accident and was the one to call 911....the last thing I remember before I completely blacked out was....darkness.
