The thought runs through my head as she tells me there is a way I can save my family. I need to save them.

If I can go back to where I woke up, I can find a way to go home.

“What’s all the yelling in here for?” Josh comes around the corner and into the room. Gemma looks at me, giving me a question through her face. I scrunch up my face and shake my head.

Josh motions confusion with his hands, “Seriously.”

“We were just really excited for tomorrow.” I lie. Gemma looks at me and nods while smiling.

“What’s happening tomorrow?” Crap. What do we tell him now?

“Well,” I start, not sure of where the hell I’m going to finish.

“We are going to the Lawrence Palace,” Gemma says. He looks at her like she is the nutcase now.

“Excuse me? Why?”

*Josh’s P.O.V.*

I hear continuous squeals and yells coming from Gemma’s room. I have my music on full bore, and I can still hear them. That’s bad; Gemma is going to turn Emma into a girly pain in the backside. Emma, I must admit, seems pretty cool, she is pretty hot, and she has a really cute laugh.

I shake my head to try and stop myself from think this. I just broke up with Sarah, I don’t even know if I’m over her yet. When I hear another squeal, I can’t take it anymore; I jump off my bed, and storm down the hallway.

“What’s all the yelling in here for?” I ask. I see Gemma and Emma exchange glances, before Emma screws up her nose and shakes her head vigorously, though her face is screwed up, she is still really hot, I mentally hit myself in the head. I move my hands in complete and utter confusion, “Seriously.”

“We were just really excited for tomorrow.” She informs me. Tomorrow? What’s happening tomorrow?

“What’s happening tomorrow?” I inquire. Emma’s face drops and she looks like she just realized she hadn’t come up with that part yet. I’m not stupid, I know something’s up.

“Well,” She starts to say before my rude sister interrupts. I prefer to listen to Emma’s voice any day.

“We are going to Lawrence Palace.” Gemma says. My mind blows. No wonder she didn’t want to tell me. Dad would blow his head off at Gemma if he found out.

“Excuse me? Why?” I ask. They look at each other. Puzzled, I still think Emma looks hot. She could pull any face and she would still look hot.

“Umm.”

*Gemma’s P.O.V*

Crap. Holy moly. Flipping pancakes. Oh this is bad.

There is no doubt that he will tell dad. I’m going to die. Murder, he will murder me if he finds out.

“You can’t tell dad.” I beg. He looks at me like he feels powerful. Well, my life is on the line, and he, is the line of which my life is on.

“Tell me why you want to go.” He taunts me.

“Because Emma wants to see the place, she thinks it would be cool to explore.” I tell him, obviously lying. Emma frantically nods her head, and puts on a begging face.

“Please, Josh. It means so much to me, and Gemma is only doing it to be a good friend.” Emma begs, one thing Emma doesn’t know, is that Josh doesn’t have a heart, therefore, he won’t feel empathy for people,  thus, he will end up telling dad.
