Chapter 17- Why?

Coles p.o.v

"Hey can we talk," Kristine asked?

I nodded as she grabbed my hand now we were alone. "What's up?"

"Cole, I'm..." She tried to say but her tears and she started to cry.

"Are you breaking up with me," I asked?

She nodded. I felt my heart start to hurt.

"I don't understand, you said earlier at the park," I mentioned.

"I'm doing this because its what's best," she told me.

"For who,"I asked as I felt a tear fall?

"You," she replied.

"Didn't you hear me at the park," I cried." I don't want anyone I want you."

"Cole please, you have to understand." She told me as she caressed my cheek.

She started to walk away. I felt my heart breaking.

"So just like that," I asked?

My heart felt like it was breaking. She stood still than continued walking.

I don't understand. What did I do. I've told her I want her. I'll do anything.

"Kristine," I tried to call.

In hoping this was all a dream.And she didn't break up with me.

But no luck. She did break up with me. And I didn't know why.

But I knew one thing. I'll figure out why.

I slapped the wall. And walked to the dressing room. Where everyone else was.

"Hey Cole," I heard Dalton laugh.

But him and everyone stopped till they saw my face. All broken and hurt.

"Cole what happen," Dana asked as he gave me a hug.

"Kristine, just broke up with me," I cried on his shoulder.

"My cousin did what," Will asked?

"Why would she do that," Cloe asked?

"That doesn't sound like her," Layla mentioned.

"I don't know all I know is the best girl of my life. Broke up with me with no explanation," I told them.

I walked to the couch and cried more.

"I'm call her," Will said.

"Good, talk to that cousin of yours," Dana told Will.

Will's P.O.V

We were all laughing till Cole came in. He had hurt written all his face.

Than he told us that Kristine had broken up with her. Just like me everyone was shocked.

And I knew for one that doesn't sound like my cousin. I knew how much she loved Cole.

Before the concert. She was helping me get ready.

Flash Back

"So how was your day with Cole," I asked her?

"Amazing as always he gave me this necklace," She responded as she pointed the necklace.

"Why did he pick a moon and C," I asked her?

"Moon because are anniversary we had a picnic under the stars and he said that was one of the best days of his life, than the letter C for Cole and I know that his always with me everywhere I go," She smiled.
