Narrator P.O.V
You've been staying at your best friend's house until you found your own place, Chris has been blowing you up, he's even called your family but you told them what happened & they act like they don't know where you went, he had the audacity to come over your best friend's house.. she even told him she had no clue what had happened to you & that she's been worried herself, luckily your car was in her garage.

Your P.O.V
I'm so grateful for F/N (Means friend's name) for letting me crash at her place until I found a house, I finish packing my things putting it in the car, F/N gets D/G (dog's name) & puts him in the front seat. I walk over to her giving her a hug, "Girl thank you so much for letting me stay here until I find a place, it means a lot" she rubs my back & I feel her smile, "You know I got you, I'm always here if anything" she pulls away.
I sigh, "I'm a bit worried.. you think he's trying to find me?" I bit my lip in worry. "Y/N, don't even worry about it, he's a piece of shit, he's probably looking for someone else to be his rag doll, be happy that you're out of his life!" she puts her hand on my shoulder and I smile and nod. I go into my car starting it pulling out of her driveway as I wave to her, driving away.

*Time skip*
I'm pulling up to the neighborhood that I'm going to start living at & I do feel free, it's a nice day outside. I pull up to my driveway, getting out of the car, then open the passenger door for my dog then walking to the house to open it. This is it, I sigh in relief going back outside to get my things, as I walk back I notice the neighbors in front of me with their garage open & there's a vehicle that looks like a spaceship.. hmm Interesting? Must be a prop? I shrugged it off getting my things.

Ricks P.O.V
Morty & I make it home from our 2 day adventure tired as hell, as we land we noticed that the house in front someone has moved in already, I look but I don't really care, I don't associate with neighbors anyways. We get out of my ship and I go sit on my desk & take a swig out of my flask *burrrp* " I'm so fucking tired M-Moortty" I burped out.
"G-gee yeah I know me too, but look! We have a neighbor, we should go help her" he scratched the back of his neck. I roll my eyes, "Since when do we ever help our new neighbors, M-Morty? Looks like she's got it anyways." Then Beth comes in, "Hey you too, we have a new neighbor! I was just about to go and say hello make her feel welcomed, seems like it's just her living there." I look back at the house and see the chick drop a box struggling but she goes back into the house. "hm well that's tough, but whatever you guys can go, I don't want to socialize." I shrugged then turning back onto my computer.
"Dad, It costs zero dollars to be nice but fine I'll go for women power sake." I roll my eyes, "Okay sweetie go & do whatever your boobs tell you to do" I said sarcastically.

*Your P.O.V*
I go back outside to get the last box out of my car then a Woman with Blonde hair wearing a pink shirt with blue jeans coming my way, smiling, "Hi, I'm Beth! I just wanted to say welcome to the neighborhood, I'm your neighbor in front and I happened to notice it's just you living here?" I nodded, "Yes, It's just me and my dog, but thank you so much for coming by!" she smiles, "No problem, If you ever need anything you can always stop by! Maybe If you're not busy later, you can come over for dinner and meet the rest of the family?" I hesitated at 1st but fuck it why not? It's good to have reliable neighbors. "Of course! what time?" I smiled. "How does 7pm sound?"
"sounds great! I'll be there."
"Awesome, I didn't get your name sweetie"
"Oh It's Y/N"
"okay Y/N, see you at 7pm" with that she walks away to her house. I have about 6 hours to get ready for the dinner so I'm going to start unpacking now.

Ricks P.O.V
I see Beth and the new neighbor talking, hmm she seems cool I guess who knows but who cares, I see Beth walk away and the neighbor get her box out of the trunk then turns around to go inside, I check her out from the back damn she has a nice butt tho
okay let me not be a creep.

something falls out of the box, she turns around to pick it up then we make eye contact shit, just got caught staring at her.
she nervously smiles at me going back inside her house. Beth comes in, "We're having our new neighbor Y/N over for dinner at 7pm, so be nice, Dad." She glares at me, "Fine Fine."
