Sooo a few weeks ago (maybe one month idk) my classmate named Rachelle requested something but I lost the picture she requested me to draw, and now this is what I ended up drawing for her qwq. There were a few more things I was gonna add but I just don't know how to draw it soo I ended up not doing it. And if you already noticed the way of the shading is a bit messed-up that is because I tried making it looked like she really is underwater. And also the tail and background picture is not mine, I found it on google.
