Chapter 1:Clark

My name is Linia Rriverell. I'm living in a creepy town "Mukuran". Many history books recorded this town was cursed. However, nobody knows what the curse is. I heard many people said that this town has many supernatural creatures such as, vampire, werewolf, witch and lots more but who knows.
  I'm 16 years old and I'm studying in a public school. It names Hawkwardrual. The school is mysterious. Like I'm not familiar with this place. Everything is unexpectedly. And now the story begin.
  "Today is a nice day. No clouds just sun. The sky is blue like i haven't seen it before. By the way, thanks god that bring me to the world." I was just recording what I'm talking. Well speak to the phone is the only way that I can express my feelings. "Honey, I prepared the breakfast for you two. Just remember to eat, okay?" said Annabell. Annabell is my mother. "We know." said Kelly. Kelly is my younger sister, but she is adopted. After that, Annabell goes to work. Now it's just me and Kelly. My father died by a animal attack. When I saw his body, I saw a bite on his neck, but it seems not a normal animal bite. I don't think it is. Kelly looks at the pictures which are a family photos on the table. She sighs. "What are you thinking about?" I asked her. "I don't know. I miss him." She is looking at pictures. She cried quietly. " Kelly he's gone. He doesn't want to see you cry." My father loved Kelly. Kelly is adopted because of him. Therefore, when my father died, it attacks her seriously. After he died, she didn't talk too much. " Kelly, no matter what, he is dead and we can't change the fact, so we need to move on." I don't know how to comfort her but that's all I can say. She cried loudly. And i don't know what can I do. " Kelly, it's the past. And I need to go to school. Sorry." I'm so tired.
  A few minutes left. I arrived to school. Days are getting worse. I can't……I just can't be a cheerful person that is wish to be."Well look at here." A girl say. "Oh hello witch." Donna say to me. Donna, Icy and Erin are the sisters and I call them "D.I.E." that's die yea. " I'm not in the mood." I answer them. "Well, I remember your grandma fortune telling to some old woman yesterday." Icy laughed. " It's none of your business, okay?" I don't know why they keep ridiculing me, maybe just want someone to punch them. I keep walking and trying to ignore them. However, they seems mad. "Look witch, i don't care what you think cuz I'm the boss here." Donna talked to me with a rude tone. "You know what, Don. I really don't care." I reply. And Erin push me away. " This bitch didn't learn. Let me help you sis." Erin said. At that time, everyone get attention on us. "Hey! Stay away from her." A guy shouted it. D.I.E. Sister turn around and see a tall guy is coming in front of them. "Hey handsome." Donna smirk. " Get off." The guy angry. " Not funny at all." Donna show a disgusting face and walk away. "You okay?" The guy helped me up  and asked me. "Yeah I'm fine, thanks." I embarrassed smile. And he still keep eyes on me that makes me feel awkward. " Umm……I'm going to class, so……" I said. "O-Okay sure." He smile at me and I don't know what to do so I just walk into the school. After few seconds, "Hey Lin!" A girl who next to me said. "Hey, Bertha." I said. Bertha is my best friend. We knew each other when we are only 7 years old. " I'm so sorry that you just bullied by D.I.E. Sister. I wanna stop them but Matthew said I couldn't help you. He stops me. That idiot." Bertha apologized. " Nah……" actually I have forgotten what just happened already. "Off topic, do you know that guy who saved you just now?"She sounds excited. "I have no idea." I answered. "Omg, girl, are you dead or not. He is Clark Carlotis! The hottest guy in this college."She is surprised that I didn't know who is Chris. "Well, should I shocked?" I'm joking. "Girl, you are not funny." She dislikes. Well yeah, I'm a boring girl. "I never thought he's the hottest guy in the college and I just met him last few days." I confused. "Oh my gosh, he just got here for a month. A few weeks ago, he appears in the college. Every girls have been obsessed with him already cuz he's really hot." Bertha is very excited I can feel that. After a while, a girl who is wearing a cross necklace which is made by gold, is say hi to us. "Oh, Bertha, Linia, I miss you guys." Natasha hugged me and Bertha. "How are you today?" She said. "We're good, thanks." Bertha said. Natasha look at me and asked,"Are you okay?" She is kind of worry about me. "Yea, I'm fine." I said. Natasha is my second best friend. "Hey…Bertha…" A guy use his low voice to talk to Bertha, he's Matthew Grandrew, Bertha's boyfriend. "What?" Bertha sighed. "Hey, I'm sorry for I stopped you to help Linia. Linia, I'm sorry." He looked at me. "Bruh, Matthew, I don't want to talk with you right now. Until Lin forgive you." She show a disgusting face to him. "I forgive him." I said it quickly. I know what Bertha is thinking, but I don't want them keep arguing with each other. If they really break up, then I'm the one who break their relationship. " Emmm……" Natasha started at a lost. "Okay, fine. I'll forgive you." Bertha sighed again. Matthew smile. And he brings her to another place. " They look really match." Natasha walk near to me. "Yea." I replied. "Wait, why Matthew apologized to you?" Natasha asked. She didn't know what happened. "D.I.E. sister finds me and I don't know what are they thinking." I rubbed my eyes. "Them again?" Natasha are a little bit angry. "Cmon it's a past." I tried to comfort her. "I'm sorry, Lin. I didn't help you and I don't even know what just happened. I'm a bad friend." She sad. " Hey……" I hugged her, " It's okay. You have apologized. I forgive you. Just don't put too hard for yourself." "We need to have classes." I said. "Okay. Just call me if you need help." She said and I nodded my head.
  Next is history lesson which is my favorite lesson. It has something that attracting me. And I saw Clark is sitting behind me. Mr Parkson is our history lesson, we called him, "Dr strange", he also like to talk about legend. History and legend, which are very match. "Miss Riverell." Mr Parkson said. "Yes?" I answered. "Do you know what happened to Mukuran in 1873? We talked about this yesterday." Mr Parkson smiled. " Umm…120,000 people dead in one night. The Damoxillin family caught 20,307 vampires. However many people died because of this mission." I explained. " Right. Can you tell us more about this mission? Like what's this name of this mission." " Sir, I don't know what's the name of this mission." I said. "The first curse of Mukuran." A voice come from my back. It's Clark. " Great job, Carlotis." Mr Parkson laughed. I turn around and look at Clark. He smiles at me and wave his hand.
After school. I'm going back home and someone tried to stop me. "Hey!" Clark stopped me. " Hey……" I replied. " You're good at history." He is kind of interest about this topic. "Yea, cuz it's sounds like a story." I smiled. "Yea, me too. Everything is just like a novel. Do you believe vampires are real?" He asked. "Nah, I don't believe it. Vampires means some betrayers, and those hunters mean soldiers." I tried to laugh. " Right……" He is awkward. " Umm, I need to go, bye." I walked away.
  At night. "Mom, I'm back." I'm so tired. "Oh dear you're back." Annabell hugged me. "Yea, where is Kelly?" I asked. " She's going to her friend's party." Annabell sighed. "And other thing is your grandma is here." She said," Your grandma have something talk to you." Annabell pointing to my bedroom. " O-Okay……" I put down my bag and walk into my bedroom. I saw her is sitting on the bed. She notices me I'm here and look at me. "Come." Her voice is weird and I feel the wind is blowing to me. The atmosphere is very creepy. "What happened?" I said. She didn't say anything. Just look at me until I sit on my bed. " Grandma, what happened?" I'm scared. "Did you feel it?" She asked. "Feel what?" I looked around. "The wind. They feel you have that smell." She said. " What smell?" I smell my clothes, but I can't smell anything. " Vampire." She staring at me. "Grandma, tell me what happened." I shouted. She looked up and moaned. She looks at me. "You have the blood of Riverell family. Riverell is a witch family. You're a witch." She low her voice. "Stop kidding." I want to go away, but I can't move. " Listen to me." Grandma said, "The first curse of Mukuran is not just to clear all the vampires. They are trying to fix the curse of Mukuran. Damoxillin family thought that kill all of the vampires can fix it, but it's not." She tried to explain. "Then how can we fix the curse?" I'm trying to understand what she mean. "We don't know yet, but if you keep talking to vampire. You will get in the trouble." She warned me. " Vampire?"I asked, "Why?" In that mission, our family joined the mission. Riverell were trying to use their magic to find all of the vampires and they found 12,000 vampires." Grandma said, "They kill those vampires. If you keep getting near with vampires, they will kill you without a moment." "But I didn'.t" I denied. " You have the smell of blood, you have touched the vampire." She said, "You need to explore your power." She close her eyes and prepare a candle. " Grandma, what are you doing?" I feel nervous. "I need you to know the vampires are real." She lighted the candle and put the candle on the plate. "Now, put your hands near the fire.""But why?" I asked. "Just do it!" She shouted. I put my hands near the fire. "Close your eyes." She said. I close my eyes and she touch my hands. She start to spell some words but I don't know what is it. After a while, I feel the wind is blowing fast that makes me feel pain. And the lights are flashing and then turn off. I feel so bad. At that time, I saw something in my mind, the teeth are sharp and the blood come from the mouth. And that thing is eating something. That's human! I screamed and the images are gone. Grandma open her eyes and asked me, "Are you okay?""No, I saw something horrible." I'm gasping. "What is it?" She asked. " It's teeth are sharp and it's mouth has blood." I can't calm down. " That's vampire." She said," Vampire is alive, now you believe me?"" I don't know, i need to digest it, sorry I can't do this." I'm walking away and she warn me,"wait, Melulin is not save tonight, I can feel it." Annabell come next to me and asked,"What happened?" She smiled at me. "Do the Riverell family are witch? " I asked. " Don't listen to your psycho grandma, okay? Everything is fake!" She laughed. "So she stay here tonight?" I asked. "Yup." She said. "By the way, where is the party organize?" I asked. "Melulin." She answered. "No way……" I whispered, "What?" Annabell asked. "I need to go." I put my clothes on and walked away.
  Another side, Kelly and her friends are drinking alcohol." I can't drink too much."Kelly said. " Seriously? Kelly? Parents are sucks." Lilly laughed. "I want to vomit. Let me get outside first." Kelly said. "Fine." Lilly said. Kelly walked outside. There's no people, very quiet. All are trees and grass. She walked away and vomit. "Agh." Kelly keep vomiting. After that, the wind blowing, and it's getting weird. And she heard something is moving. "Lilly, stop making fun of me. This is not funny, okay." Kelly shouted. And she feels something is following her. She turns around. "Lilly, this is not funny, I'm serious." She looks around and that thing is behind her. When Kelly turns around. That thing bite her nake," Agh!!!" Kelly scream.
