The mountain-sized larva broke straight out of her blue, stringed egg. She stared in confusion at the creatures around her, some wearing identical golden outfits with objects covering their heads and some in white, long coats.

She was very bewildered as to what was happening. Then, before being able to leave her egg, blue bars of light shot up and lined up around her, forming a cage. The larva gave a soft roar of fright as she stared around her, not daring to touch the cage walls. But all of a sudden, the laser cage shut down, and the light faded away instantly. Then, she screeched in pain as one of the tiny beings shot a laser at her chest, it stung badly.

The long bug glared at the little two-legged creature, her body pulsing with blue light in anger. One thing she now knew about their species is that they were dangerous, hostile, dark-hearted beings...

They shouted indistinctly and scattered in different directions as she shot her silk at them, attaching groups of them to the cave walls. They deserve my wrath! She growled under her breath. The larva continued attacking the group of tiny creatures until all of them were either dead or attached to inescapable webs on the wall or on the steel platform laid before her.

Then another creature came out of the other area, separated with an invisible force field. The larva growled at her, getting ready to shoot her silk. The tiny being pulled out a metal object, the bug couldn't tell what it is, but she didn't dare let her guard down. Then, a screech declaring war on the larva echoed around the cave.

"That. Is. IT!" She roared in fury and spat her silk at the blonde-topped creature. The larva missed at the first few attempts, but finally hit the human and watched it struggle in satisfaction. "You're so going to get it..." She muttered darkly.

But then another creature, smaller than the blonde one, joined it as if it were aiding its ally. Now there were two for the larva to kill. The plates on her shell glowed as she started to intensify, the cries echoed repeatedly around the cave so much that it now started to scare her at every second of listening to them. The dark-blue creature bit back the urge to cry out in fear as she swiftly bent down in front of the two humans to grab them—

—Then all of a sudden, a somehow familiar voice boomed around the cavern:

"Mothra, do not harm them!"

At this, she froze in place and stared in shock at the humans, the hostile cries faded instantly. The larva immediately calmed down and backed away a little. The unanswerable familiarity of the male voice burned like a forest fire in her mind, making her curiosity itch wildly.

The two creatures looked back at her, smiling in relief. The larva suddenly remembered what they were called: humans. The smaller human walked close to her, holding out its hand. The bug leaned closer to it, assuming that it wanted to pet her. But as soon as the human's hand was about to touch her forehead, probably by instinct, the larva immediately pulled back and huffed.

Suddenly, she heard an abrupt noise from the force-fielded area: shouting, objects breaking... shooting. The little human screamed as she and the older one held each other close. Shock and fear ran through the larva as she looked at a partly hairless human entering the iron platform, followed by men holding weapons. Then... the human's allies took the two friendly humans away...

The hairless human took one last look at her and followed the rest of the bad humans. Everyone in the force-fielded area was dead, the larva stared in grief and shock — at the same time, guilt. She couldn't do anything when the bad humans attacked, stuck in her large egg.

Now, she wanted to help the remaining two humans. The bug sighed, she'd have to wait to be strong enough to get out, she had no idea how long that would have to be.
