Chapter 5

Hannah and I ended up going back to the room right after Urban Outfitters. We still had 2 hours to get ready before we were going to go to the venue. I decided to let her get ready first, since she took longer.

I walked over to the bed, and laid out the dress that I decided to get. I was never really a dress person, but since Shawn liked it, I decided to wear it to the concert. Gosh, I couldn't stop thinking about him, his smile, how perfect he looked with his shirt off, and his laugh. Oh my God, his laugh..

It wasn't before long until Hannah came out of the bathroom, makeup and hair done. She was wearing the top I suggested for her to try on. She ended up loving it.

I walked into the bathroom and showered again. When I got out of the shower, I called for Hannah.

She walked in, curious.

"What is it?"

"Okay, Han, I know I normally don't do makeup, but can you fix me up with something nice for the meet and greet? I want to look good for Shawn."

"Aw, my little baby Jess is growing up," she laughed, "but sure!"

I sat down on the toilet seat to use as a chair, and I let her do her magic.

When she was all finished, I went to look in the mirror. Wow, I was actually beautiful. She did a gorgeous smoky eye, light blush, and a baby pink lip. It looked great. I just sure hoped Shawn would think so.

I thanked her and finished in the bathroom by blow drying my hair. I then walked out to put my dress on, and I borrowed a little bit of Hannah's perfume. I put on my heeled booties, and I was all ready.

"How do I look, Han?"

"Like a stunner!"

"Thank you," I blushed. I wasn't used to getting compliments.

"You're welcome, now let's go see Shawn!!" she said, grabbing me by the arm and leading me to the door.

I was so excited.
