Tatum🌺

2 years later...

Adjusting my dress I run my hands over my stomach and watch my little boys sit on a blanket on the floor eating their puff cereal.

When I hear the garage slide open, I sit in front of my boys and smile at both of them as they look up at me. "Are you ready to see Daddy?"

They nod eagerly and I push to my knees. "Let's hide from Daddy and surprise him."

We get up and they follow me to hide behind the couch. A few seconds later I hear the keys in the door and then my handsome husband in his suit and tie, comes in.

"Where's my family?" He calls out. "Tatum, Liam, Adrian?"

I put my finger to my lips and look at my beautiful twins as they copy my gesture and try to hold in their giggles. We've been doing this for about a month and it somehow hasn't gotten old to them yet. But I never get tired of it either.

"Are they behind the curtains?" Beckham asks loudly, moving about the living room. "Are they under the toys?"

I hear Beckham's footsteps get closer and I smile at the wonderful sight I know I'm about to witness. "Maybe...They're behind the couch!" Beckham exclaims and the boys take off running, laughing the whole time.

He chases them for a while before scooping them up in his arms, hugging them and kissing their cheeks.

"Mama," Beckham calls out. "Are you going to give Daddy a kiss?"

I smile and walk up to them placing a quick kiss to Beckham's lips before kissing my kids. "Hi, Daddy."

"I want more kisses," he pouts.

He receives more kisses from Liam and Adrian and my heart swells in my chest as I watch them. "Get cleaned up, dinner is ready."

I've been a stay at home mom since having the boys and I was kind of hoping that would end soon. As much as I don't want to leave my boys, I still wanted to go back to work. Now that won't be happening anytime soon.

After putting Liam and Adrian into their seats at the table, I set out the plates and wait for Beckham to come back downstairs. Less than five minutes later he reappears in sweats and a plain tee, then comes around to my side to place a kiss to my lips then sits next to Adrian.

"I love you guys," he sighs.

"I love you," Liam exclaims and Adrian follows.

"What did you do today?" Beckham asks as the boys begin to eat.

"Read books, played a few games, then we went outside."

We talk more and he tells me about the deal he got at work while the boys spoon chicken and rice into their mouth.

When the boys finish eating we talk to them and ask them questions. Every since they've started talking they have been our special form of entertainment. Their answers are always so cute. Last week we found out that Adrian wanted his superpower to be flying and Liam wanted to be really, really strong. Also both of their favorite colors are 'lellow'.

I love my boys to death and they are completely inseparable. They still can't pronounce each others name but their cute attempts are so funny. Adrian is usually pronounced as Adrin and Liam is pronounced as either Lim or Lam. Beckham thinks it the most hilarious thing ever.

After dinner, Beckham keeps the boys occupied while I clean up the dinning room and kitchen. Then we put the babies to sleep in their bedroom before heading back downstairs for our alone time in the living room. I was afraid when the boys first came, but with the help of Beckham, Marlene and our family, things have been easier than I ever though they could be.
