"I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry."

"It's not your fault, Spencer."

Reid continued to apologize as he watched Diana's body shake with fear. Victor moved one of the wooden chairs and positioned it directly in front of Reid's. Ignoring Diana's whimpering, he forcefully threw her into it and restrained her limbs.

Sitting quietly, Reid scanned his mother quickly. His eyes stopped at her bloodied wrists. He exhaled sharply and looked away, no longer able to look at the damage he had caused.

Victor walked over to Reid and slapped him across the face.

"Pay attention, its time for that story I was telling you about."

Anger flashed across his face as he pulled another chair into the room and sat down.

"First off, I want you to know Spencer, that this is not what I planned,"

Reid rolled his eyes.

"It's true! I wanted to save you!"

"Save me from what?"

"From this monster!" Victor yelled as he looked towards Diana with a disgusted look.

"HOW DARE YOU," Reid exclaimed, clenching his jaw furiously.

Victor's mouth fell open as he locked eyes with him.

"How dare I?!" He gasped.

"Your mother is the reason you have a dead-beat father like William! Your mother is the reason you were raised a freak and treated like one for your whole life!" He turned to face Diana.

"How could you be so ignorant?!" He yelled in her face.

She sat in silence for a moment.

"I-I don't kn-know..." She stuttered through her tears.

Reid tried to calm her down.

"You didn't do anything wrong Mom, don't listen to anything he says!"

"Shut your mouth before I shut it for you," Victor warned.

"Now back to what I was saying," He bit his lip to prevent his eyes from watering,

"How could you do this? Why would you do this? I was in love with you and you knew it, yet you went and slept with good-looking, egotistic douche bags!"

He stood up and violently punched a ceramic vase that was placed on one of the tables, causing it to fall to the floor and shatter.

"I was ready to be a father! I would have raised Spencer to be wise and successful!"

He crossed the room and hit Diana.

"WHAT DID THOSE MEN HAVE THAT I DIDNT?"

Diana screamed, shaking her head back and forth.

"Where are they?" She asked in all seriousness.

Victor smiled at the sound of her voice.

"Oh, they're yesterday's news Sweetheart," He grabbed a piece of her knotted blonde hair and twirled it with his fingers, "Just like you'll be."

Reid was trying to take everything in.

How many men had she slept with before, and even after he was born? Was William even his biological father? Did his mother even want to have a child in the first place or was his life just one big mistake after all?

Reid cleared his throat.

"Mother... Is he telling the truth?"

She continued to shake her head.

"I'm so sorry, Spencer."

Victor smiled and walked over to Reid.

"Do you believe me now?" He asked.

Even though he was upset, Reid wasn't angry at his mother for what she did. He was angry at Victor for making her remember those bad, unwanted memories she spent years blocking out.

"Are you happy now?" He yelled with rage, "You got your stupid confession, you piece of shit! Now you can move on with your damn life and leave my mother and I alone!"

Victor couldn't help but laugh.

"I didn't come here for a confession, you mind-numbing parasite, I came here for payback."

He went back to Diana and sat on her lap, his leg wrapping around the back legs of the chair.

"You may not have loved me back then, but you sure as hell will now," He grinned, forcing his face against her own. He began at her neck, forcefully kissing her skin, and made his way up to her chin and then her lips. She tried to scream, but it came out muffled.

Reid threw his body forward, but he was stopped by his restraints.

"STOP," He screamed, "STOP IT."

As Victor ignored him, all he could do was watch.

When Victor finished kissing, he looked back, smiled at Reid, and moved his hands to her chest.

"IM BEGGING YOU," Reid cried, "TAKE ME AND DO WHATEVER YOUR BASTARD SOUL DESIRES, BUT LEAVE HER OUT OF THIS."

Victor was intrigued by Reid's outburst.

"You think I'm letting you off the hook?" He replied, "This is your punishment, genius! While you're tied to that chair with nowhere to go, you'll be forced to watch your mother be assaulted and killed and they'll be nothing you can do to stop it!" He smirked.

"Having this memory haunt you for the rest of your life... now that's what I call torture."

Reid glared at him with the deadliest look he could muster.

"You can't break me, I'm already broken."

Victor slapped Diana's thigh.

"I guess we'll see about that."

He turned back to Diana, running his hands up her body. He could see the hickeys starting to form on the sides of her neck and he smiled victoriously.

Reid threw his head forward, hiding his face. He clenched his jaw and cried silently.

He knew all about these kinds of people and the way they think. He knew that this was a, "go big or go home" situation for Victor.

The real question is: How much time does he have left?
