The next day

It was morning and Hermione got up and noticed that she was going to be late for breakfast so she put on her robes really quickly and ran downstairs she missed a step on the way down and almost face planted but a pair of strong arms grabbed her so she looked up to see Fred Weasley and Hermione quickly got up and said thanks I really have to go like now and then Hermione started spiriting to the great hall but then she realized she was pose to be with someone at all times she then ran past Ginny who said what is going on with you Hermione then Hermione said nothing Ginny but I gotta go like now so Hermione was still running to the great hall when all of the sudden someone grabbed her thinking it was Draco she did not do anything she turned around to see crabble and Marcus was holding Draco back because Draco was trying to save Hermione so Hermione tried pulling away when Hermione tried to pull away she got slapped across the face and Hermione let out a yelp so then Hermione saw that Ginny herd Hermione yelp and was coming to try and save her when pansy held Ginny back and said you ain't going anywhere weasel and Hermione started screaming professor magongoll really loud and like ten minutes later professor snape and magongoll came running out surveyed the sence so then professor magongoll said pansy and Marcus and crabble let go of your fellow students now and once Draco got let go Hermione got let go and Draco immediately ran up to see if Hermione was ok so then Hermione and Draco both ran to Ginny who was shaking and Hermione Tried calm her down but he could not so Draco put a hand on her shoulder and Ginny immediately relaxed Draco pulled Ginny into a hug and Ginny started crying into Draco's robes but Draco did not care because draco had a crush on Ginny Weasley and Hermione was the only one who knew but Draco was just happy to have her in his arms and professor magongoll came over to Hermione and said miss Potter you will be accompanied to class and all your events by another student so Hermione said ok professor so Hermione walked with Ginny to the great hall when got there she sat in between Fred and George and they both said what took you two so long then Hermione said nothing magongoll said we can't tell then Fred said ok but if someone hurt you I will be killing them and if it was crabble who made you late he is dead so then Hermione said I have a question Fred Fred said yes Hermione so then Hermione said Fred why have you been so protective of me then Fred said I mean you have a brother who is in Slytherin and you twin is Harry Potter I mean your like a sister to mean then Hermione said I mean you saw what Crabble did to me and I am sorry you can never get that out of your mind and Hermione ran out of the great hall crying so she she ran into a empty classroom hoping no one would find her well she was wrong because her godfather came and knocked on the door and she got up and answered the door to see her godfather Sirius she said hi what are you doing here godfather then Sirius said I am here to visit my godchildren and Harry told me you ran in this way so I was searching for you.so then Hermione said oh well I was just going to Down to breakfast. So then Sirius said really then why do you you have tears in your eyes  so then Hermione said oh I just tripped and got hurt so I was crying because I was hurt then Sirius said magongoll told me what happened today are you ok then Hermione said no I am not ok dose it look I am ok Sirius I got raped once here at school and on the train when I was with Fred do you know what it felt like that for him to be frozen and have to watch that then Sirius said Hermione why did you not tell anyone about this then Hermione said well Crabble said that if I did he would kill me and then Hermione sat there on the floor just sobbing and Sirius got down on both his knees and pulled Hermione in to a hug and Hermione tensed up because of  physical  touch but then she just started crying again and buried her head in her godfathers chest then like 20 minutes she stopped crying and got up and said sorry godfather then Sirius said no problem I am used to it let's go eat breakfast I need to do something so Hermione walked to the great hall and sat down in between Fred and George and they both said are you ok then Hermione said as ok as I can be then Fred said well you always have people you can go to if you need cheering up then Hermione said well we I better get going dada before I am late so come on Harry so then Harry said coming Hermione so Hermione and Harry started walking down to dada when Crabble came and said oh hi look who it is it is the orphan twins and Harry pulled Hermione behind him and said Crabble leave us alone then Crabble said why should I then Harry said because I am not going allow you to hurt my twin sister and Crabble came up to Harry and said really Potter what are you going to do then Crabble punched Harry in the face and Harry fell and got a bloody nose and Hermione said Crabble you leave me and my family alone because I am done with you treating me and my family and friends like shit but if you mess with them you mess with me and I can I am not a weak girl who can't do anything as Hermione saw Sirius and Lupin come survey the sence and Hermione punched Crabble in the face and says don't mess with me
