Your eyes followed the high in detailed paintings as you sketched each stroke with your eyes. Following along as you thought the painter did at one point once it was in front of them.

The frame that was tightened around the rectangular image that contained portraits of different people not in your knowledge, was made with heavy like wood; with engravings that could be considered as doves with vines curling around their wings and legs.

The muscles within your arms and hands so desperately wanted to trace against the rough material of the canvas itself. But with the place where you were in mind, you didn't want to be in any way intruding to those near you. Even though there was no one around you at this moment you had no idea who could turn a corner or open a door. Your eyes moved to observe the paintings next to the others. Leveled perfectly with each other to represent something in no other words then to be satisfying.

Which something a guard of one should be wearing.

You caught his eyebrow shooting up slowly as he pushed himself away from the wall as he walked towards you slowly with his arms crossed in front of him.

"Yes, they are quite the sight.." you replied quietly. Shaking off the slight quiver in your voice from the effect his demeanor gave to you. Fortunately for you he didn't seem to notice.

"Yes, something lively to see. Am I right?" His voice was deep yet very soothing.

"Well you aren't wrong.."

"Hoseok,"

"Huh?"

He chuckled a bit as he came closer to your figure. "Hoseok, is the name you should call me."

You looked as he leaned forward to come to your eye level. Though you stepped back and cleared your throat. "Right, Hoseok, have you come to take me to the person I'm originally here for?" You questioned quite sharply. Instantly regretting the subtle harshness in your tone. "I-"
