Chapter Three

Jack's POV
I saw zach look at gabbie and she nodded at him, what was happening? I gave them a look of confusion, zach grabbed my arm and pulled me across the whole yard by some trees so no one could hear us. He kept on glancing over at gabbie. I was so confused. Was she cheating on me with him? Is lavender not mine and actually zach's? No dont go there. Thats not true at all. They both dont seem like that, i trust gabbie. Ans zach is my best friend. "Hellooo?" Zach said while waving his hand infront of my face. "Uh y-yeah?" I answered "you good, you zoned out." "Yeah im good, why did you bring me over here?" "Well i uhh need to ask you uh something, can i?" Asked zach, what did he want to ask me? Why was he so nervous? Does he like me? I hope he does. Wait what. No, no, no. Im with  gabbie and im straight. "Y-yeah sure go ahead." I answered. "Um ok. Uh jack, what do you uh think of uh ga- i mean bis- i mean uh les- uh  never mind, i can't do it." "Can't do what? Please zach just tell me, you're my best friend. You can tell me anything." I said i put both my hands on his shoulders and made him look at me. "Please tell me." I asked nicely. "Um uh ok. W-what do you think of ga- well homosexual people?" Zach asked trying to get away from my grip and looking at the floor. I just stared at him when he started walking away. I grabbed his wrist with a little too much force which cause us to fall to the ground with him on top of me. We both opened our eyes at the same time and we just stared into each others eyes when zach stood up and offered me a hand and when we got up he asked me in a small cute, i mean in a sort of whisper, definitely not cute, "so w-wh-what do y-you think of u-us?" "I-im fine with gay people, i still love you the same, i don't think of you any different." I said. I saw a smile show up onto his face and he looked over at gabbie, she showed thumbs up in a questioning way, zach nodded. I am now really stsrting to get curious about what they talked about. "Um well i also have another question, so im watching this tv show a-and the main character doesnt know that h-his significant other is le-lesbian and i havnt finished watching the episode, but i want to try and figure out on my own and guess what will happen, so what would you do if your significant other liked the same gender?" He asked, what type of question is this? "W-well, i would be hurt that they didn't tell me about it and that they dont feel the same way about me, but i would still support them and be happy for them no matter what their love interest is." I answered still a little confused. But the next question made me confused even more. "Ok. Thats good, b-but what if t-the p-person and the signif-si-significant other already had a-a child together?" "Well, i would be way more hurt and a little angry that they didn't tell me but i would still be happy for them and still support them, and i woud really hope that we could still be friends after and have equal ammount of time with the child." I answered. He smiled and nodded and said small thank you running off to gabbie leaving me alone really confused. Then something hit me. Is he dating someone and have a secret child but then the mother is gay and likes girls? Wait what? That wouldnt be possible since he is always at home either sleeping or doing what ever, but i know that he doesnt have a girlfriend and if he doesnt have a girlfriend he cant have a child so why is he asking this? I looked back at zach and gabbie and they were hugging, gabbie with the biggest smile on her face.
