narator: this isent an ordanary story. this story i everything but ordanary. to star our tale lets go back a few years to the year 1960 where on the edge of town stood a small house that had been abandoned for years. the siding wass falling off' the wood on the portch was rotted and the doors and windowes were borded up so no one could enter but the bordes ont the windows and doors werent there to keep someone out but more so to keep someone or something in. no one knows what was sealed inside that house. one boy and a group of his friends were daring enough to enter the house but only one had left. it was a girl who was with them. it is said that she was put into an insane assilem a few weeks after she had left the house. she had said that "the thing" had killed all her friends in the most inhummain way posible and after they were dead "the thing" ate the meat off their bones. the bodies of her friends were never found though.
James: come on guys i want to go see that house
Roselyn: do we have to
James: of course, your not gunna chicken out are you
roselyn: n-no im not. its just that no one seets foot within 30 feet of that house.
James: so, they,re just to chicken to see whats inside if anything. well not me im as brave as a bull not scared of anything
narater: these are the main charicters in this tale. roselyn is a freshman in highschool. she is very shy and doesnt do out of her house much due to her poor phisical ability. james one the other hand is and am amitious boy that is a sophmore in highschool. he likes to over exadurate and sometimes that gets him into trouble. they have been together sinse childhood. one would not leave the other unless forsed to
