I gave London a mexican sombrero to wear instead of that hijab. She looked so fashionable like always, and the sombrero had a bigger shadow as well.
In the hotel lobby was a bowl with nuts and we sneaky stole it. We placed some nuts next to every tree in the area as a trap for the squirrel. After a few hours, the squirrel came but the scarf wasn't with her. But this time we managed to follow her with our eyes to see where her house is. She led us in the deep forest and then she entered a hollow in a very tall tree.
-"How are we gonna reach that?? We don't even have a ladder and we're so far from the town." I said.
-Well, I may have a little trick, but we must wait until the night comes.
-I don't know if my mom would let me... Lemme text her.
I lied to my mom I'm in a park close to the hotel and she was ok with me comming to the hotel a little later.
Me and London shared a cigarette in the forest. After every 3 smokes she took, she passed the cigg to me and at that moment, I liked the taste of her lipgloss left on the filter more than I liked the tabaco.
Hours passed and the sun finally went down.
-Ok Yukhei. Do a full 180 and I will show you the trick.
I turned around, and when I turned back around, London changed into a bat! I guess my brother didn't lie to me the other day...
London flew up to the tree, but the squirrel didn't let her enter the hollow. I started to shake the tree very hard... London was standing upside down on a branch on another tree waiting for me to stop shaking. I shaked it even harder because the squirrel won't get out... and suddenly... the scarf fell from the tree and the wind took it! I ran in the direction I saw it going and London went the same direction but over the trees. The wind was so bad that London lost control and direction! I was so panicked! I lost sight of London but I was still running in that direction to get the scarf! I lost sight of the scarf too but the wind was still blowing so I kept the direction!! I couldn't focus to anything in that moment. Everything was so dark,
loud
and fast.
Suddenly I hit a rock with my foot,
I fell,
and fainted.
