Just You (Natsuki + MC)

Chapter 1: Late!

Hey everyone, this is my first time trying to write a full story so apologies if i don't end up finishing it. This story is going to be loosely based on Doki Doki Literature Club but without and of that weird or depressing stuff. It's just going to be a simple love story with Natsuki and MC(Who I am calling "Alex") 

(BTW, none of the art is mine, Credit to all the artists!)

"Give it to me!"

A small, pink haired girl was trying to grab a book from a bigger boy who was holding it in the air, just out of reach.

"Ooh, Parfait girls! don't you know manga is for little kids?" The boy teased

"Manga is not for little kids!" She screamed as she kicked the boy in the shin.

The boy stumbled, dropping the book. The girl picked it up, dusted it off and put it in her bag as she walked away. She started heading towards the Library so she could read in peace.

The girl sat down on a bean bag chair in the corner of the library, opened her manga, and started reading. After reading for a bit she checked the time and realized that it was 5:30, she was supposed to be home by 5 o'clock! She quickly packed up all her stuff and rushed towards the door, looking at her watch as she ran... Straight into a boy holding a stack of books. They both fell to the ground and the books scattered across the floor.

"Watch where you're going, dummy!" she said, rubbing her head.

"How about you watch where you're going." The boy responded.

The girl quickly got up and grabbed all her things.

"Aren't you going to help me pick these up?" The girl asked.

"Oh, fine"

"What's your name anyway?" The boy asked.

"Natuski, why?" The girl responded.

"Just want to know, Mine's Alex by the way." 

After they picked up the books Natsuki grabbed her stuff and started heading back towards the door.

"Ugh" She said as she left the school, "Now i'm really late."

This was my first time writing a proper book so i'm sorry that the first chapter is so short, i'm going to keep working on this whenever i feel motivated or have a good idea of what happens next.
