"All of a sudden?? uhh- thanks.?"
Taken aback from Ten's sudden bluntness, Mark didn't know how to react and gave an awkward laugh. He could see Taeyong was not happy about this, as he walked up in between the both of them.
"The cafeteria is always crowded, I hope you're an extrovert Mark."It was noisy already, with countless of students going for food and chatting. Not to mention that one group of friends that is always the loudest and laughs as loud as they want.
This was one of the reasons why Taeyong is so slender. He hated crowds and bothered to bring his own food. Usually he'd eat outside of school and home, somewhere that's affordable for his wallet. He would also skip his meals to save money as much as he can.
"Hey, it's not that bad if you choose the correct spot. I'm a frequent visitor so trust me on this one."
Ten looked over to the both of them and guided their way through the crowds.A group of people that seems to be lining up for food, caught Mark's attention because of how long the line was. It wasn't tidy or anything though, they're all scattered around causing confusion in who's first, and from there, things get pretty physical.
"Is it that hard to get food here.?"
Mark's tone sounded worried, and a hint of fear was also there."Yes. Unless you're Nakamoto Yuta that orders his pawns to serve for him and bring him food."
Taeyong was really not having it today. Maybe coming along with Mark was a mistake after all."Take a seat!"
Ten showed them where his daily spot was, and it's pretty far from all the noisiness, reducing it. Loud laughter and chatters could still be heard of course, but it's not as bad as sitting right in the center of the cafeteria."How long have you guys known each other..? Are you two good friends.?"
Mark took a seat beside Taeyong as he glared over him and Ten, wondering if they're actually friends or just mere acquaintances."Do you really wanna hear the whole story? Let me tell you boy, it won't be pleasant."
Ten arched an eyebrow at him as he crossed his arms together on the table.Taeyong knew exactly what Ten meant. They were good friends and they have many similarities.
The both of them knew each other the best, but because of their huge fight, things are just not the same anymore.
"It's a long story. I suggest you listen to it at some other time."
Taeyong furrowed his eyebrows as he gazed at Ten, telling him not to share anything about the two of them before finally resting his head on the table.Ten that was sitting across from him, saw his gestures and noticed that he really is having another shitty day.
He decided to shut himself up as he didn't want to piss him even more."So Mark.. guess where I'm from.?"
Ten leaned in closer towards Mark as his eyes filled with anticipation, waiting for his answer.Mark definitely noticed that he had a slight accent, and looking from Ten's features, he's guessing probably somewhere from Asia.
"Eumm.. M-Malaysia.?"
He was visibly hesitating.Ten straightened his back and laughed a little,
"Nice one, but I'm actually from Thailand."
He smiled widely, as he found Mark's gestures was really cute."Ahh, Thailand-! Dang, I should've known."
Mark kinda felt disappointed in himself since Thailand slipped his mind.People passing by their table always made some comment, but as time went by, it became more clear about what they were so carefully whispering about.
