Jules sat in his living room. Curled up in a blanket and watching his favorite movie, he was slowly dozing. His eyes slipping shut slowly before he heard a loud crashing and a small explosion from outside, his eyes snapping wide open and he flung the blanket off, heading over to the window beside the door to peek outside.
He couldn't see anything. It was too dark and Jules bit his lip, grabbing a flashlight and his coat before stepping outside hesitantly and heading in the direction of the crashing.
He walked for what seemed like hours through the trees. He was about to give up and go home before he stopped and stared in a clearing.
There was six...somethings. All huge and broad shouldered, wearing what looked like military uniforms. They were squabbling in a strange sounding language while Jules drank in what they looked like.
Long hair, reddish orange skin, wide pitch black eyes and clawed hands. When one of them curled its lip to growl at another, Jules saw the mouthful of oh so sharp teeth. They were also gigantic in height, at least nine feet tall easily and the thought made Jules weak in the knees.
One of them looked over and double took, staring at Jules curiously and it nudged another, pointing at Jules and saying something in that odd language and Jules squeaked.
One walked over to him, Jules taking a step back which made the alien stop,
"Hello?" It said in an oddly accented voice, "We are from Rubea. We crashed on your planet...may we stay? With you?"
Jules bit his lip but looked at the group of aliens. They each seemed exhausted and too hurt to do much to him and Jules nodded,
"Alright...follow me".
