The sun was shining through the windows. It was telling us to get up but we wouldn't listen. We didn't want to.
This moment was too perfect to ruin, my stomach had other ideas as it started growling making me go red and I hid my face in his chest embarrassed. We hadn't eaten anything last night, so it made sense I was starving.
He kissed the side of my head as he got out of bed to make breakfast. I, on the other hand laid in silence for a few moments, wondering how long this dream is going to last. I found my sweatshirt on the side and put it on, as I was only in booty shorts and a thin t-shirt.
The smell of freshly baked toast hit my nose as soon as I entered the kitchen. And holy mother of god, was the sight mouthwatering.
Him, with no t-shirt on and his back facing me.
I went up to him and wrapped my hands around him from behind. He put his hands around mine and I placed my head on his back with a sigh.
'What's wrong baby?' he asked me softly.
I kissed his back, and said with a small voice 'nothing'.
He turned around and wrapped his arms around me, caging me in and turned my neck upwards gently so that he could kiss me. The kiss was slow and sweet. When we pulled apart he proceeded with the food and I sat by the television watching cartoons, I know I am such a kid.
Finally setting the breakfast on the coffee table, we snuggled there in perfect harmony me halfway on his lap and him eating while feeding me at the same time.
How was I ever so lucky to find a man like him? A man that I was completely in love with, at the same time makes my heart go into overdrive when he is near and is aching when he is not.
The doorbell rang, disturbing the peaceful atmosphere around us and he got up to get it while I sat up properly, trying not to show I didn't even wear a bra.
The door opened with a click. And as soon as he saw who was on the other side he went rigid. His back, which was facing me, tensed and I wondered who exactly was on the other side of the door.
A female voice sounded and I furrowed my eyebrows in question on to who might that be.
Then he said in an urgent voice to her 'now is not a good time!'.
'When would it be a good time?!' the voice asked back sassily if I might say.
He exhaled a sign and said 'any other time except now'.
The female, getting a bit aggravated exclaimed 'stop being a smartass with me and open up before I start singing Disney songs'.
I covered my mouth to stop myself from laughing at her reply and he turned to look at me in exaggeration. I mouthed to him who was that but instead of answering me he just opened the door.
You can imagine the surprise in my face when a girl my age fell face front on the floor and called him a jerk while I rushed to help her.
As soon as she saw who came to her aid, her eyes opened wide and she turned an accusingly finger to him. 'I knew it! I knew that something was up'.
He just looked plain pissed off while I was looking like a tomato. Who was she?
'Okay, now you've seen her now get out' he told her demandingly, the girl just brushed him off and came to sit beside me.
She was complimenting my long hair while he was throwing daggers with his eyes at the poor girl. I glared at him to stop and like a scolded kid he just sat down on the other recliner seat and sulked.
She chuckled at his behaviour 'om my god! She has you wrapped on her finger! She must be important for you to miss lunch with mum, she was pissed'.
Was I important to him? God I hoped yes, because he was bloody was to me. 'Um sorry, but who exactly are you?' I asked timidly the girl trying not to be rude.
She gasped and placed a hand at her opened mouth.
'I can't believe it!' she shouted making me jump in fear.
She turn to look at him 'I can't believe you haven't told her about your favourite sister! I am so hurt'.
