after the showdown incident...ash began to take therapy at a local facility, he met with his doctor every day and got better at dealing with his trauma. He stopped caring so much, well that was a lie. He cared more than he should, but he was able to stand up for himself and others.
ash never saw oak again.....nor did he care....he knew karma would come to oak.....and he was happy with that. ash sighed as he sat on the edge of the pool taking in the sunshine......while Charizard fired up the grill.
Hoopa was playing volleyball, with mew, Mewtwo was reading a book by the pool, enti was swimming with molly and Darkrai was watching a horror movie inside.
Pikachu cuddled up on ash's lap as ash closed his eyes and smiled for the first time.....in a VERY long time~!
