"How is the water warm?"

"That Ms. Fairytale, is my secret."He smirked and splashed water at me.

I shook off the water and splashed back. "I think I should get back home." Swimming up to the shore, I was about to walk up the little hill when suddenly I'm being picked up.

"Oh no you don't, your staying with me."

Damien picked me up and threw me over his shoulder walking back in the water. "Damien what are you doing?"I asked noticing he was inching a little deeper.

"Damien!Don't you dare!"He chuckled causing his chest to shake.

"To late," Was the last thing I heard bedew he dunked me in the water. He left me there for a little while until I started banging on his chest to pull me up.

"Had enough?"He asked. He had a playful smirk on while tried to catch my breath.

Finally, when I got enough oxygen, I punched his arm,"What is your problem?!?!? Are you trying to kill me? Cause if you are-"

He dunked me back in the water,"Finally, that shut you up."

I glared at him and got out of his grasp," I'm leaving."

"You don't know the way back home."He shouted as I rose out from the water.
I took off my tank top not caring if he saw me in my bra. I squeezed the water out of the tank top and tried to squeeze the water out of my shorts without taking them off. And tried it with my hair too.

I turned back to Damien to see him floating peacefully in the water, then I turned back and put on my shirt and shoes.

My boxers weren't that short so, it didn't look like underwear.

I started walking up the hill that lead up to the cliff and started walking back to the road that we came on.

Half hour later, I was lost.

I was hopelessly lost, I was wishing something or someone could bring me back home so I could take a shower, read, and nap.

Unfortunately that's not what happens. Only in books I guess. Oh my gosh, I hate reality.

Now that I was lost that got me thinking, thinking about everything.

Like in reality, perfect boys don't exist. Bad boys that get interest in you don't exist, good guys that are nerdy an cute don't exist. I mean sure, yeah but are they romantic as they are in books?

Book life: Perfect hot guys that either have trouble and the perfect girl comes in their lives but they have some troubles but in the end, guess what? They have a fucking happily ever after.

I, Marley Haven, officially wish I was in a book that has a happily ever after and a perfect guy for me.

Ugh, this is stupid.

I kept walking down the road and gave up on trying to choose which curve I go to. And I sat down on the pavement on the side of the road.

Left or right?

"Damien, save me!"I muttered loudly. I put my head in my hands and kept muttering things to myself.

Suddenly, I heard an engine roar up beside me and a door open.

"Ms. fairytale?"I heard a deep voice say.

"Damien?"I muttered questiongly. wait what? "Damien?Damien!" I quickly jumped up and tackled Damien, kissing his cheek.
