Okay, so, technically, I'll be posting two pieces of art. The first one was made back in early 2019, when I got my first tablet, pen, and digital art software. I decided on drawing my OC, Olivestorm, with all of the reference colors, certain markings, etc. The whole enchilada!

Okay, as you can tell, it's pretty bad. First off, the art style I was going for was not at ALL appealing to the eye, haha. Her name is hard to focus on because of the colors, and the neon pink background doesn't help either. It's competing with the name colors, therefore distracting the viewer. Plus the reference colors are all up in your face, distracting from the actual cat! It's like I expected tons upon tons of people to try to draw her, so I made the colors huge to make it easy to access...? It's pretty funny. I had no idea you actually had to have good, quality art for people to want to see and reference your art. :D

Oh, it's so much better! I think the muted colors are nice and refreshing to the eye, and it has a color scheme of peachy tan and orange. I love it!! Nothing competes too badly as before, and you can see her clearly without any main distractions. Tell me what you guys think.
