"She is a disgrace she should have never been my heir it should have been our son her younger brother we need a male figure to lead not a female figure."

"It would brings us many different alphas to our pack and they would want to challenge her. They know that are pack has always been a male figure and I would not want to change history."

I woke up and I look at my surroundings I was in my office still. It was around 12:30 am in the morning and I had that dream again.

I stood up and I made my way out the room I walk to my beta room and I open it."Cameron." But he didn't open his eyes.

I make my way closer to him and I lean down and I smack his face. "Hey!"

He yelled as he sit up from the bed and he rub his cheek."Alex."

"What are you doing here."

"Can...can I sleep next to you? I had that dream again." As I look down at the floor.

I hear movements and I look to see he made a space for me. I climb on the bed. And he lay down and watch me."Alex that dream you have what is it? That it makes you so vulnerable I don't like my best friend being this way."

I look away from him and I face the ceiling and I stay quiet I feel his hand grab mine and he hold it."I'm sorry Cameron I am not a good best friend you should know about my secrets like I know about yours."

"Alex it okay if you are not ready don't tell,but I want you to know that what ever it is I would not leave your side no matter what."

I look at him and I smile at him."Cameron I only told you half of my secret... my father was sending me away to his sister pack,but it wasn't just that."

"He was cruel to me... he wasn't a good man he wanted to protect his family at all cost even if it means hurting his daughter."

I look away from him." I never knew how to fight I had to learn on my own before I met you Cameron. My dad didn't care about me and he didn't care that a 18 year old boy was interested in a 15 year old girl."

"My dad didn't care how the males treated me he would always say "you are a girl in a pack with more males than females it a good thing that you are being noticed by them."

I hear Cameron growl lightly about what I said." Since I wasn't allowed to know how to fight I was always vulnerable around  my pack members who were males because they were bigger than me."

"There was one night... that I was walking to my house in the night time and the 18 year old boy that was interested in me he was mad that I wouldn't be his and so he stabbed me with silver knife."

"And my father didn't care when he found me he just said you need to be careful he didn't punished the boy he punished me. He told me I was a disgrace I shouldn't be the heir to that pack."

I said to him as tears came down my eyes I wipe them away. And I look at Cameron. I sit up and I lift my shirt to show him the scar that is next to my belly button . He move closer to me and touches the scar.

"But Cameron if my dad cared about his family so much he had a weird way to show it."

"He said he wanted to protect me but I don't believe it." I said to him. And I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders I been hiding this from him for so long.

I didn't want him to know because I was afraid of what he would think." Alex you have suffered more than me if we were born in the same pack I would have protect you from all of them even your father."

And I smile at him." You know that I'm just trying to be a good alpha to our pack." He nod his head and lay down."thank you for telling me this Alex." I nod my head as I pull the blankets on me.

I lay my head down on his chest and I rest my hand on his stomach."I love you." I said to him before I let the darkness take me.

"Okay. Thank you for being here I decided that we would have a party . To celebrate our accomplishment. I want everyone to dress formal and our very own Hana will have all the information for the party."

"So ask her if you have anymore questions."

I look at my pack members as they stare at me and I smiled."you may all be dismissed." They bow down at me and I watch as they all left.

My pack has 800 pack members which is not a lot but it doesn't matter because we all are train to fight dirty. All the other packs have 1,500 or 900 or even 2,400 members in their pack.

My pack is the best and I believe in all of them.

I look down as I hear a cat and I smile at the cat.

I watch as the cat transform into a person the sound of the bones cracking as her arm appear and her legs."hello Mrs.hanet how are you doing?"

I roll my eyes." Oliva for the last time me and Cameron are best friends we are not mates." I told her as she walk next to me." Sure but I mean it been two years do you even think you will find your mate?"

"If I was you I would hop on to him already." And I look at her in disgust." Ew I'm going to tell Ella and  I don't want a mate."

"why not?" I shrug my shoulders." Because mates are possessive and territorial I wouldn't be able to handle it."

" alpha Alex knowing you I know you would be able to handle it."

And I didn't reply."so tell me oliva where have you been?"

"Well I been here and there everywhere I still can't find her it annoying me."

I followed her as we go inside the pack house we make our way to the living room and we sat down." You really messed up big time." I said trying to not smile.

"I apologize to her a thousand time and I called her a bunch of times and she still wouldn't call me back." She said as she lay down on the couch.

"Maybe just let her come to you? Ella just need space right now."

She doesn't reply and after a few minutes she stand up."I'm going to search for her again." I watch as she transform into a cat again and leave the living room.

I stood up and I follow her until she was out the door.

"Hey oliva try to find her before Monday we are having a party and you need to dress up formal." I said.

She stop and look at me."I will try Alpha Alex bye."

She told me in the mindlink. Oliva she is a human shapeshifter she has been looking for a pack that would accept her but she has been declined by all of them expect this one.

And she is looking for her girlfriend Ella a siren/vampire who also was searching for a pack but was declined because every siren/vampire are dangerous and killers expect Ella she doesn't drink human blood only if they enter the woods she would kill them but if not she wouldn't.

And even when she is swimming in the water she wouldn't lure them no matter what and She would drink blood bags from animals.

And when she join this pack oliva and her they really hit it off when the met each other.
