S-class Exam Part 8: A Dangerous Scavenger Hunt...!!!!! 5: Trouble Starts!

No One's POV

Hehe. Look at them. Running around looking for stupid little clues. Pathetic. Wait till we get our hands on them. They'll regret even living. We'll get revenge for our Master.

Don't worry...Master Hades. 

Elfman's POV

"Oi Evergreen! Have you figure out the clue yet?!? Let's just look for the grave!! How hard can it be?!? Certainly much easier than figuring out so many clues!! It's a man!!!" I roar.

She makes a 'tch' sound and yells "Urusai baka! Just sit there and wait "like a man"! "

I obeyed because she said like a man.

After what seemed like hours (in reality its only a mere few seconds XD), I started tapping my foot, when I heard rustling.

I froze.

Evergreen kept muttering possible answers to the clue.

"Hey Ever, did you hear that?" I whisper-yell.

"Hah?!? Don't call me Ever. Only Laxus and the thunder tribe can call me that. Ha! You're not special enough. Ohoho!!! What? You really want to call me Ever? Fine, only because you insist... since I am so awesome and kind..." 

She starts rambling... and I sweatdrop.

"...since you insist and begged, I'll let you call me that. HAHA!! Oh, I'm so caring. Would that red-head Erza let you do that?!? Would she ever do something nice like this? I'm so much better than her OHOHOHO! All she does is get mad and yell at people, making then scared. Psh, I should be Titania. I'm the true Fairy Queen!! Ahahaha-"

She starts cackling and won't stop.

I just facepalm and ignore her for a while, thinking about man.

Then I hear it again, but louder and I think I feel the ground shake a little.

...aaaaand Ever is still laughing her head off.

"EVERGREEN!!!" I shout.

She snaps her head towards me and gives me an annoyed look. "What?! You're ruining my moment of pride!"

"Do you hear that?? The rustling??"

She stops and listens.

"What rustling? I don't hear anything. It's just your imagination, now let me get back to my moment."

I start hearing footsteps, the sound of metal on wood.

I cover Ever's mouth before she starts laughin again.

"Mrph, MRHG MAN MORHS MUPH!!!" She resists, trying to pry my hand off, but I'm too strong.

*SNAP*

A sharp crack sounded near us, like someone stepping on a twig.

 We freeze and Evergreen stifles a gasp.

The rustling continues and gets louder and louder.

Then, it stops.

"WHO'S THERE?!? COME OUT AND FACE US LIKE A MAN!!!!!" I holler.

Someone, an unfamiliar voice, chuckles. "Ah, so these are Fairy Tail members? How naive. What would you do if I were a woman? Well, since you insisted, I shall come out."

A man with sleek, gelled-back, silver hair steps out into the opening.

He wore gray-framed glasses with blue lens, and wore a blue fabric jacket with a fur lining on the collar.
