I carefully get out of bed, trying not to wake up juniper and go to Aidens bedroom. I wake my three year old son and we walk down to the kitchen. We start making waffles, he kept telling me what to do. I would add this and he would tell me no, his mommy doesn't eat that, or his mommy doesn't like that. I was about to drown it in sugar when he stops me.
"Daddy mommy doesn't like that, she likes fruit"he gets off the counter and grabs the strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. We can definitely say he's a mommas boy, but my baby girl is on the way so it'll be even.
"Mommy has my sister is her bwelly so sugar is nasty to her, I should now she thrwew up all over me"he says, as I cut the strawberries into smaller pieces.
"Hi Aidan"Alex's and Cora's daughter paisley joins us.
"Hi P"Aiden calls her P because he can't say her name.
"Hi jojo"I smile.
"Hi paisley"she's a pretty dirty blonde hair and the girls are shipping them together, Alex on the other hand does like it very much.
Josiah comes into the kitchen with Noah in his arms. I'm jealous, Noah is such a daddy's boy. He doesn't let go of him for nothing, Josiah does mind at all. My sister on the other hand hates it, like I'm jealous of Josiah, she's jealous of my farfalla.
"Hey, you know juniper would very much like syrup and all that other sugary shit"Josiah says letting out a loud yawn.
"No she doesn't"Aiden said confidently.
"I'm her brother i would know"Josiah fights back, one thing about him, he's still as childish as ever.
"Well she made me, i would know"Aiden fights back.
"Little boy I swear I've known her for twenty three years I would know"Josiah puts Noah down.
"Well two of those years you wost her"Aiden happily continues to put the fruit on the waffles.
"Joey tell you so-"I cut him off.
"Definitely not, he'll put me in the dog house"I whisper the last part.
"See my daddy is smart, done"he holds up the pancakes.
"Good luck"Josiah whispers, I'll definitely need it.
"Daddy do you think my sister will have your eyes or mommas, because I already have yours but I have mommas hair, do you think we'll be opposites"he asks as he sits on my shoulders.
"I don't know bambino"he's very smart for being three, juniper is always teaching him new things.
"I know, but guess"he says, playing with my hair.
"She'll be beautiful, just like your momma"I say, walking into a waking six month pregnant juniper.
"HI mommy we made you waffles"I take Aiden off my shoulders and runs off to his mom.
"Yay, with fruit right"juniper asks him, this boy turns around and gives me a 'told you so' look.
"Yes Daddy was about to drown it in syrup, and wncle josi said that he knows you better and to drown it in syrup"he smugly said.
"Well in my defense I didn't know"I put the plate on her lap, her stomach isn't as big as it was with Aiden, the doctor said it's because females tend to be smaller.
"Well this looks good, thank you mi corazones"she kisses Aiden on the check and then she pulls me and kisses me on the lips.
"Stop, that nasty"Aiden pushes us apart, juniper only laughs, gosh I love her fucking laugh.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY"everyone comes in and screams.
"I think I almost pooped my pants"me and Aiden said in sync, everyone busts out laughing.
"Josiah happy birthday"juniper tell her twin brother.
"Happy birthday little sister"juniper glared at him.
"ME FWRST"paisley scream and runs to us. She hands juni a card. She opens it and reads it.
"Thank you paisley, it's perfect."she hugs her.
"She Aiden I told you"Aiden just looks away, he's got his mother's sass.
As everyone gave juniper there presents, the more emotional she got. Until she just broke down crying.
"Momma why you crying"Aiden asked, a worried look on his face.
"Because baby I'm happy"he looks at her confused.
"I've come a long way, I mean I started with everything, then I had nothing, and now it's just perfect. I got the love of my life, my beautiful son and a girl on the way, I have the two best people as my best friends, I have gala which is like a mother figure that I never had, dad I have you, you never gave up on me when everyone else did, I have the two most amazing brothers I could ever ask for, it's just perfect, I would change nothing, if I had to go through that again I would, because I know I would end up with the best people in my life"she has everyone in tears.
"I love you"I kiss her.
"I love you"she answers.
