I mean I do think Elsa is a very very very independent women and really doesn't seem like the kind to date BUT
If she absolutely had too
Either make up a new character or have her be with Honeymaren

And I already know they get along real well
They already like to talk to each other
I mean it would be a little hard because Elsa is now immortal right?
