Chapter 2 - Hackers and Bullies

*Lauren's POV*

After I got home I went to go check Facebook quickly and all of a sudden I had bunch of people calling me a whore, slut etc. I checked my page and someone hacked my account. "Someone should meet me someday, I like to have a bit of fun;)" my status said. Taylor saw it and she of course commented.

"Ew, who'd wanna have fun with an ugly slut like you?" I broke down in pieces. My mom heard and came to check on me. "What's wrong?" she asked. I cried. "someone hacked my facebook, Look what they said." I told my mom and she looked at my facebook.

"Do you know anyone who knows your password?" My mom asked. "No no one knows it."

"You need to delete your page, Lauren"

I looked at my laptop reading all the comments. I replied to Taylor's comment "says the one who can't get a boyfriend because your too ugly"

*Nicole's POV*

I met Lauren outside and we went for a picnic at the beach. We had so much fun, Lauren became my best friend and I was so happy about that, when all of the sudden Taylor and her friend Jessie walked up to us. "Oh Jessie can you see those uglies?" Taylor said.

*Lauren's POV*

I saw Taylor and Jessie walking up to us. "Oh great" I whispered. "So Lauren, I heard you like to have some fun" she said and winked.

"For your information, I was hacked. That was NOT me on that status" I said trying to keep my tears in.

*Nicole's POV*

"Leave her alone!" I yelled "Shut up little slut!" Jessie said and grabbed my arm. I tried to push her away but Jessie Buttfish was strong as heck.

*Lauren's POV*

"What do you want from us?!" I said. "nothing we just hate you" Taylor replied. I just grabbed Nicole's hand and walked away

*Nicole's POV*

"They annoy me so much" I said. "Well, see you tomorrow" I said and walked home. I checked my facebook and suddenly saw a status on my page saying "I hate Lauren". I was so shocked and tried to delete it when my facebook logged me off. Someone had to change my password.

*Lauren's POV*

I went to check facebook and saw Nicole's new status. I was shocked. I saw someone comment on her status with my name. "well I hate you too you rat" I clicked on that profile and it was mine. Someone hacked me again. I also had a new status "Nicole told me that she slept with the whole football team, what a whore." I felt a tear slipped down my face then I had a new status "plus, I've also slept with the whole school teachers last night." I started crying.

I called one of my old friends. "Hey Sam, can I come over?" I asked her. "Of course" Sam replied. I walked over to her house and we talked about this whole thing. "They'll forget about it by Monday." Sam said "Yeah I hope so" I said and checked my facebook again. "Slut, whore, brat" all the words kept coming in.

Taylor comment on my status "I knew it. You walk like a zombie when you come to class. All because you slept with the teachers" I threw my phone and just fell asleep.

*Nicole's POV*

I tried to get my facebook and saw Lauren's status. I started crying and ran downstairs. "I wanna move back to San Diego" I told my mom. "You know we can't, not now, are you okay?" She asked. I just ran upstairs and fell asleep.

The next day I went to school I was scared to see Lauren. I saw her coming to the class. I didn't now if she'll sit next to me or not.

*Lauren's POV*

I got to school and everyone was staring at me. "Hey slut" Taylor said. "I thought everyone would forget about by now" I said to Sam. "I seriously thought it would die down a little by now" Sam said. I walked to class and saw Nicole. I didn't wanna sit by her but I had no choice. I ignored her.

*Nicole's POV*

I felt so angry, but I missed her. I missed Lauren and our hang outs. It was horrible. I just wanted to move out. "Choose a partner" Mrs. Candyrat said. Ugh, what now? I said to myself. I couldn't just choose Lauren as my partner. She'll never believe I was hacked. But the thing she said really hurt me. I was so annoyed and didn't know what to do.

*Lauren's POV*

I looked around and I couldn't choose anyone to be my partner except Nicole. "hey um..do you wanna be partners?" I said all shy to her. I don't now why I asked Nicole to be my partner. She'll say no.

*Nicole's POV*

"um..yeah,sure" my heart stopped beating for awhile. Why did she ask me to be her partner?! I was still mad anyways

*Lauren's POV*

I smiled. "cool, Anyways I need to talk to you too, if you don't mind" I asked.

"Nicole's POV*

"Yeah, I think we should" I said and looked down.

*Lauren's POV*

I nodded. "so um, my status..it wasn't me. I was hacked again. I know you're probably upset by it but I swear it wasn't me. I wouldn't hurt you. You're my best friend, I could never do that to you" I said and started to tear up.

*Nicole's POV*

"I was hacked too! I seriously DON'T hate you." I said and felt a tear on my cheek. Suddenly I heard Taylor say "Nicole don't lie. You even told me you hate her"

"That's not true!" I yelled and the whole class stared at me. I just dropped my books and ran out of class. I tried to find a place no one could find me at. I hid in the forest near the school and just cried.

*Lauren's POV*

"What do you have against Nicole, Taylor?" I yelled. I didn't wait for the answer I just ran out of the school and tried to find Nicole. I finally found her.

*Nicole's POV*

I saw Lauren coming up to me. I quickly dried my eyes and tried to smile.

"Lauren's POV*

"Hey, don't let Taylor bother you" I said and sat down next to Nicole

*Nicole's POV*

"I'll try" I said and smiled. "Are we friends again?" I asked hoping she'll say yes.

*Lauren's POV*

"I really want too." I said and smiled and gave Nicole a hug.
