Chapter One: Realization
Scene: Lucy's apartment, bedroom, nightstand filled with books, pen and paper, lamp to the right of the bed. Bed is messy, Curtains are open to the left of the bed, with a view of Magnolia's river and bridge.
Lucy is in a sitting position, just woke up.
Narration:
Lucy wakes up after a long trip back from a very intense job quest with the rest of her friends. She stretches and groans, her back is killing her.
"Damn, Natsu really needs to stop using me as a body pillow on the train, my back's a total wreck." -she exclaims while slowly getting out of bed. She heads to the bathroom, starts filling her tub, meanwhile she brushes her teeth.
She sinks into the tub, filled with nice, warm water and just sulks for a while.
After a little bit, she hears a tug coming from the other room. She didn't even have time to react when, Natsu and Happy pop into the bathroom, yelling out of their minds.
"GOOD MORNING LUCY!!!" Screams Natsu.
"Lucy, it doesn't matter how many times you bathe, you smell just like my fish" Happy chuckles out.
"GET THE HELL OUT YOU TWO. CAN'T I JUST HAVE A SINGLE SECOND TO MYSELF? IT'S BEEN LESS THAN 24 HOURS SINCE I SAW YOU.
And Happy I swear I will take your fish and shove it up your-"
"Alright, alright we'll just hang in the living room while your done." Natsu sighs, interrupting Lucy.
"I'm going to need to lock this place up more or... dragon proof it." Lucy groans.
Lucy's POV:
Natsu, Happy and Lucy are walking together towards the guild hall. When approaching the entrance , they spot Erza arriving as well.
She was wearing her usual "casual" armor, serious complexion.
"Hey, Erza!" I yell out while waving at her. She looks the same as always, serious, ready to fuck up anyone but, radiant.
That was a... weird observation.
She comes over to us, greets us as usual and we enter the guild hall.
Everyone's here, in their usual spots. I go over to the bar, say hi to Mirajane.
"Morning Mira, looks like everyone's ready for a new day, huh?"
Mirajane smiles and responds, "Really is, they just brought a couple of more quest flyers this morning, you guys should go check it out."
I sigh and lay my head on the bar, "Honestly, I think today I'll just chill. This last quest should cover up for a bit. I'm beat."
I feel two warm hands on my shoulders, trying to give me a shoulder massage, but ends up being the most painful experience of my life.
"WOAH, cut it out-"
Erza flinches and takes her hands off me.
"I'm sorry, I'm not really good with these things. I heard you're exhausted and well, felt like you needed a massage." She shrugs and starts turning around.
"Oh no, I'm sorry! You just took me by surprise, that's all. I can teach you some time, if you want." I say pretty casually, or at least I think I sounded casual.
She gives me a small, cute smile and walks away.
Ever since we've finally been able to defeat Zeref and Acnologia, I've been spending so much time with the team, especially Erza. I never thought we would have a connection like this, were she is more relaxed and more comfortable while talking and hanging out.
Yet, I've been feeling weird lately and to be sincere, it's kind of freaking me out. Why do I have this feeling that there's something else going on?

WOW. This was pretty fun to do.
I've always wanted to write fanfiction about some of my favorite animes and shows, so I finally decided to go ahead and just do it.
Hope you enjoyed this first chapter so far and are eager to see where this goes!
