30 years ago, Veronica Sawyer and Cady Heron came upon the supernatural. They brought a monarchy rein to the world. The supernatural powers were spread throughout the world and infected everyone. All the bullies from their past that died, came back to life. However all those who brought evilness to their life, or have done any bad to them, have been sent to an isolated island. It was surrounded by silver, wolves bane, stakes, and other supernatural weaknesses so that they would be kept in. However, not everyone was evil... Heather McNamera, Karen, and Gretchen were sent to the island. They were not very happy, they were moreover furious and wanted revenge. They each had children, including Veronica and Cady, 14 years after they were sent to the island. Veronica had a son with Kurt (adding on to the revenge party), his name was Vane. Cady had a daughter, Carmen, with Aaron. Heather M had twins, one girl and a boy, with (Surprise!) Jason Dean, Madeline and Mason. However JD left Heather M to another part of the island. Karen had a daughter, Kate. And Gretchen had a son, Grant. They never left The Island of Lost Harmonies, but that soon changed when Vane made his first proclamation.
