Sophia's P.O.V:

Yesterday was so weird.

The only thing I remember about it is that I agreed to play the game Ace set.

"What?" said Sarah. I explained her what had happened the other day.

"You're crazy." she said.

"I know I'm fucking crazy" I said.

"But, why didn't you say no?" she asked

"I don't know... I got caught up by the moment. I don't know what I did, and I don't want to lose." I said while hitting my head on my locker.

"It's okay Sophia, I know you're at least going to try." she said.

"What made you think that I'm going to lose?" I said.

"Girl! It's obvious." she said.

"That's not true." I said.

"Sophie, I've known you since diapers, I know you can't win a game like that." she said.

"You're not helping, when I need you to say that I'm going to win you don't say it. You're so mean." I said.

"Yeah... I know. But you love me." she said.

"Yes... you're right." I said.

"Told you." she said.

"Whatevs." I said.

"Ok, see you after school, bye." she said.

"Bye." I said and went to class.

When I was heading to class I heard my name being called, but I think it was my imagination cause I didn't recall that voice.

In class something was poking me but I just ignored it.

School finished so that means I can finally be free from that stupid bothering thing that kept nagging me in class.

'In your face Sarah. I passed the first day without failing. I can totally win this game.' I thought.

When I got home I got to do what every human in the world loves to do. Eat pizza and watch netflix.

I was in the middle of watching 'Clueless' when I got a phone call from the landlord. He's 60 years old so I thought I did something wrong.

"Sophia, how are you?" he said.

"Fine... what's the matter?" I said.

"Well... I called you to tell you that you're going to have a new neighbor." he said.

"So?" I said.

"On saturday we're going to have a get together to celebrate the coming of the new resident." he said.

"Ok, when is he or she moving?"

"He's going to move tomorrow at 5:00 p.m." he said.

"Nice, thanks for telling me." I said.

"You're welcome. Have a nice day." he said.

"Thanks. You too." I said.

"Bye." He said.

"Bye." I said.

I hung up and continued watching clueless.

It was 8:00 p.m. and I was going to take a shower when Sarah called me.

"Hey, what's up?" I said.

"Sophie! I've got news for you!" she sounded like she received a 1,000,000 dollar check.

"What news?" I said.

"Ace is moving out of his house!" she said.

"And?" I asked.

"I thought it might be useful." she said.

"Why?" I asked.

"So you could know where he lives." she said.

"I don't want to know where he lives." I said irritated.

"Oh yeah. He's moving to some apartment called : Emerald Crest." she said.

"..."

"Sophie?, Are you still there?" she asked.

"Y-yes Sarah I'm still here." I said.

"What's wrong? You sound like you have just seen a ghost." she said.

"T-that's the name of my aparment." I said.

"Oh no, there you go." she said annoyed.

"He's going to be living in the same apartment as me!" I said.

"That's good." she said.

"No, it's not." I said.

"Watevs, bye!" she said and hung up.

Wait... the landlord said I was going to have a neighbor...

"Shit!" I cussed.

Ace Adams is my new neighbor.
