~Amelia's POV~ I got home at around 9 and went straight to my room. As I was laying in my bed I heard my mom coming up the stairs.
Mom: Hey, can I come in? Amelia: Yea.. Mom: Are you okay? Amelia: Yup Mom: Ok. Have you made up your mind? Amelia: Yes mom, you should know my answer.
I looked at her with tears in my eyes but I quickly looked away so I wouldn't cry in front of her.
Mom: Okay we leave tomorrow night get all your stuff packed. The movers will get everything but we're still taking your clothes on the plane. Amelia: Okay. Mom: Okay goodnight sweetie. Amelia: Goodnight
She left my room and I couldn't sleep so I decided to start packing everything up. Memories started flowing in my head of everything that has happened to me here. The good and the bad.
Tears running down my face I decided to just finish in the morning. I went to bed trying to forget everything that just happened today..
•The next day• I woke up to screaming coming from downstairs but it wasn't anything new to me, I was use to it. I got up and went to get ready to finish packing up all my stuff to leave.
I decided to wear this since we were leaving at night and I didn't feel like changing later.

I went downstairs to get breakfast and saw my dad in the living room watching tv.
Dad: So you decided to leave with your bitch ass mother? Amelia: Don't call her that! Okay she's been there for me than you have ever been in my life. I don't know how you have expected me to stay here with you. Dad: Don't use that tone with me you little brat. Amelia: Guess what? You won't have to deal with me anymore, I hope I never see you again!
I grabbed my breakfast and ran upstairs. I didn't want that bastard to see me crying. Why in the hell would I stay with him. He know what he did, and he would still expect me to stay with him? Fuck no.
I hurried and packed everything up. I kinda lost track of time till my mom came in my room around 7.
Mom: You ready? Our flight leaves in 2 hours and the movers are here to take everything. Amelia: Yup almost Mom: Okay we'll come eat something. I don't want you leaving without eating anything. Tomorrow is gonna be a long day mija. Amelia: Okay ma
I went downstairs again to eat and saw that my dad wasn't home which made me happy. I didn't want to see him ever. I finished eating and went upstairs to make sure I had packed everything.
I got my luggage that I was taking with me on the plane and started heading downstairs to leave.
I didn't need to say goodbye to anyone really cause they all hated me. I kind of hated It here in Florida so I was happy I was getting a fresh start.
My best friend Michelle had arrived with her mom Jess to take us to the airport. Michelle was like my only friend here in Florida. I was gonna really miss her but I know she would be fine.
Michelle: You ready girl? Amelia: Yea I guess Michelle: Come on I know you. I know your happy to get a new start. You'll be fine and I'll miss you but you have to do what's best for you. Amelia: This is why I love you girl!
I said to her as I hugged her really tight.
Mom: You ready Amelia? Amelia: Yup Mom: Okay let's go girls.
We got in the car and drove to the airport. Once we got there we said goodbye to Jess and Michelle. I was really gonna miss her.
Michelle: Okay promise we'll text everyday and call each other at least once a week!! Amelia: Yess!
We walked off and got our tickets and headed to board.
"This is what's best for me and my mom." I said
"Plus what's the worst that can happen"
