Cold Hiaku

Early morning frost

Touch is cold as icicles

Frost will melt away

 Poor Boy Limerick

Little boy blue

Had lost his shoe

And didn’t know where to look

Though it was down in a nook

 Mad Bird Free Verse

Far away, down in a hole

Lived a bird, without a shoe

Looking up, he swam in a tube

To get from the duck, that ate his Super-Man action figure

But he still had the dolls, to rub in the dirt

His mother would yell, when he fell down their hole

She said she was angry, the worm ate his shoe
