Jade
I laid my face against the cool window and watched as trees whipped past my face. Jasmine speedily made her way through the back roads to get us to Century. I rolled my eyes.
"I told you we'd be late."
"It's not my fault. You knew we had to close up the studio."
"That takes all of two seconds."
"Whatever Jade. Don't start with me. We're having a good day today. Remember?"
"Well sorry. It's a bit hard to have a good day considering I know he's leaving me."
"You'll be with him again soon Jade. It's not the end of the world."
I chuckled dryly. "You must not know what the end of your world feels like then."
She sighed and continued to drive. Twenty minutes later, we stopped in the parking lot of Century, a cute Japanese styled restaurant and bar.
"Jade try to make the best out of tonight please? I understand you're upset but tonight is not all about you. Put a smile on for the girls, Antonio and I. I promise you, you won't forget tonight." She mushed my cheeks together with one hand. "Smile please?"
I gave a crappy half smile and opened the door to get out.
"Jade you look hot."
I chuckled. "Thank you Jasmine. You look nice too."
"You ready?"
She held her elbow out.
"Yeah. As ready as I'm going to get."
I locked my arm with hers and started for the entrance.
In all honesty, I just wanted the night to be over. I appreciate the love, but I'd much rather be in my bedroom in footie pajamas, watching movies with his arms around my waist. Don't get me wrong, I love my dancers. But I'm with them everyday, and with only two days left with him, every second of alone time counts.
The hostess directed us to our table and I saw the smiled pasted on everyone's face as we approached them. Antonio stood up and pulled out a chair for me. I looked around the lightly dimmed room. There were a set of candles on every table and on the small stage there was a young man, maybe 16, playing the guitar ever so sweetly.
"I'm sorry we're late guys," Jasmine announced before taking a seat.
"You guys look amazing." I blushed as Antonio kissed my lips.
"Alright, let's eat!"
Jasmine and I skimmed over the menu and ordered along with everyone else.
"What'd you today?" I asked Antonio, playing with his fingers under the table.
"Stuff,"
"Like?"
He laughed. "It's a surprise."
"Surprises? Uhhh...."
"Yeah, I know you don't like surprises. You'll just have to get over that though."
I rolled my eyes. "Was it you that set this up?"
He gave a huge cheeky grin. "Yeah."
"Well aren't you cute."
"Hell yeah, I'm cute."
I chuckled and we both turned our attention back to the table.
"I mean, I wouldn't mind it. But that's just me. Like, I don't know how everyone else would feel." said Amber, the brunette with perfect form, rock hard calves and boobs for days.
