1) DeviantArt- This is what I really use when finding for resources to use like psds, templates, brushes, backgrounds, textures, fonts, pngs, photo packs and many more. 2) Pexels- This app offers a really good resolution of images and good for finding backgrounds, I used this when I cannot find the background that I want in DeviantArt and trust me this app is a life saver. 3) Pixabay- This has an app version and website. I don't really use this but this is also similar with pexels, it has high quality images and good for resources. 4) Imgur -This is also similar with DeviantArt and I used it before when I'm not yet using DeviantArt.
You're probably thinking why I didn't added Pinterest? Well simply because most of the pictures there are low quality and re-uploaded from other sites. I admit Pinterest is really good and I also use it but for only inspirations and if I can't find any stock images that I need from the apps that I mentioned.
2. You applied too many filters.
This can also be a reason why your graphics became low quality and I already experienced it when I'm uploading on Instagram the image becomes low quality because I used a filter app like polarr. Also it's not that I'm being salty with Picsart but I need to tell this, picsart really destroys the quality of your graphics( been there done that) I am saying this based on my experience so done come @ me.
3. The canvas size that you've used is small.
This is true because when you make an edit and you have applied tons of pngs, textures and such and then you've used a small canvas size then definitely even if you've used a high quality resources but since the original size of the resources that you've used is high then the canvas that you've used is small then it'll be resized into the size of the canvas that you've used and the result is your graphics came out pixelated.
4. You're not using the standard size of the site that you're posting your graphics.
There are really standard size of each social media platforms so you really need to take note of it. If you're uploading a picture on Facebook then you need to check the standard size for the profile picture or cover photo, if you didn't follow their standard size of image then it'll resize your images to fit on their given ratio of image and the result is it came out low quality. Here I'll leave a guide of sizes.
